Busy life? Like writing songs, staring in a RU-vid original show, and playing video games and boardgames@@mouseonthestreets8675 ? Is it possible all those responsibilities are much easier then making a fun little animation every now and then? Mabey Arin just isn't interested in animating anymore, and if that's true, then what a let down. I really liked Arin's expressive style, and not being able to see that anymore because RU-vid's algorithm prefers quantity over quality is a real downer.

Considering the number of times Samus has had to run like hell to get off an exploding planet/space station, the number of times she's had to rediscover all of her power suit's functions, and deal with the sadism of a singular space pirate that at this point is just encoded into Ridley's DNA... Examples of stiff: tail movement, jumping, fast movement in general feels stiff. Examples of fluid: kraid's "slide out of my pants" line, latiku (who looks a lot like Carl Weezer), kraids realization and helmet removal "I'll take off... Prepare to die!"

See, this is why Ridley is Samus's archnemesis and not Kraid: Because Samus can trust Ridley not to be weird about the fact that she's a girl. Sure, they may be trying to kill each other in derelict space stations most of the time, but there's an underlying basis of respect in their relationship that's vital to a healthy hero-villain dynamic. Also Ridley did kill and eat her parents, but really, at this point, she's probably just happy to be taken seriously.
