Dear Sir, firstly I thank you for all your easily understandable lectures. They are of great help in my exam preparation and revisions. But I think the third point in Extinction, mentioned at 13:15 , is not an apt example. Extinction is a tool to positive motivation, as in we remove a previously given positive response for a negative deed. For example, if a parent gives toys to a crying child, he sees it as a reward and starts to cry for whatever he wants. Now if the parent stops giving toys/attention when the child cries i.e., extinction of the previously given response, slowly the child stops throwing tantrums for whatever he wants, as he sees it no longer works. Kindly look into this and correct me if I'm wrong Sir. Thank You.
