All they have to do is: Give Winston a Gatling Tesla cannon, and if you take a 150 damage from it in 5 seconds, it hinders you for 0.2 seconds. Give Rein a Boomerang Hammer, does between 110-40 damage, and has knockback. Damage and knockback reduced per person hit in each direction.

3:35 did they buff pulse bomb dmg? i thought nano saves people who are stuck (unless he took dmg elsewhere that i missed)

Pulse bomb does 5 stick damage then 350 explosion damage for a total of 355 damage. Nano gives 50% damage reduction so it dealt 177.5 damage. The soldier would have survived if he was full hp but he lost some hp which you can see in the clip so the 177.5 damage was enough to kill.

buffing primal seems weird but ig I had a 700+ dmg primal on a brig (no rally) who didnt die recently so maybe it would be cool to burst through healing. I think it wpuld be a mistake to buff dmg too much because youd actually get less cool primals because theyd die too quickly. Will have to see.

yeah powercreep is not real (these cahnges sound good tho), how about instead of buffing everything more and more we start nerfing stuff again? tank role needs to have less impact to be more fun because that means you wont be punished as badly as when everything is in your hands and you can goof off from time to time

No reason why rein shouldn't deal 300. Each of the 250hp heroes have a way to counter charge, a highly telegraphed ability, don't see why these certain heroes need to be babied more.
