Relaxing Pokemon X and Y Music 

2020 and I still love X Y as much some people love their gen 3,4 and 5,. Kinda wish that gen 6 deserve their own third games title,..

were so back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

x was my first video game ever on the first electronic i ever got- a used 2ds from gamestop. i played for hours with my older sister, we stayed up until the early hours of the morning trading and battling and eating snacks. now she is married and has two kids, and we never really talk anymore. but i’ll never forget our nights together, and how much she’s made me the person i am today, and how much this game played a part in it. pokemon x will always have a very special place in my heart 💜

All of X and Ys music is amazing, if they make a remake of the games I hope they dont make a remix of the songs that make them less enjoyable.

I still feel pretty sad that we never had that ❇pokemon Z❇ after all these years. We could have so much new things -like new places with the south of Kalos, the others power plant, -some secret places like the islands of darkai and shaymin to get diancie, volcanion and hoopa -the new forms of Zygard and a background for this pokemon -or magearna, ash greninja, meltan and his evolution (yeah u aint gonna tell me the mysterious box in pokemon go isn't from kalos), so many pokemons who don't really fit with the others regions. -Stronger trainers cuz this game was really too easy unlike the others -more mega evolutions -new pokemons and many other things. But sadly all these will have to stay part of my dreams and never come true 😪 unless gamefreak decide to do somethin like that for the remakes of X and Y in 10 years. And be sure of that, until they come out i'll wait the time lt'll take to play again this game who made a big part of my childhood and when it'll finally come out i'll be there like A.Z Who foud his floette after 3000 years.

Pokemon x was my first Nintendo game 😭😭😭 like 7 years ago This hits hard...

2021 and Gen 6 still gets absolutely no praise whatsoever, Truly amazing games.

I got Pokemon X nearly 10 years ago now. It was a birthday gift, and it was also my first ever Pokemon game. This generation means SO much to me. While everyone else may have fond memories of their first time playing, sadly I can't really say the same. I remember certain aspects of my playthrough, getting roller skates, hatching eggs around Lumiose Tower, farming berries, but there's one aspect I still can't remember. My original team. It's been deeply bothering me for over a week now that I can't remember my original team, and it saddens me so much. I would LOVE to just look through the Hall of Fame, but I sadly can't find my copy of Pokemon X. That's mostly down to me just having poor cartridge management, letting them just be loose out of the box. I'd give anything just to be able to boot that cartridge up one more time and see the original 6 that got me through it all, but I may never get to.

Guys, I have an idea, Pokémon XY is in the past but will forever remain in our hearts, but I would still like to bring this moment back to life. That's why I'm suggesting we set a date when we play this game together.

What an incredible soundtrack

Pokémon X was my first Pokémon game ever. I love it, I still do. Idc what anybody says, I will defend this game with my whole heart. I love it.

It’s so amazing looking back at a game you played in the simpler times of your life. The music makes you feel just like a kid again. I’m personally most Nostalgic for the lumiose city theme as it really captures the free spirit you have as a kid. How I wish I could live these memories again.

This popped up in my recommended after Pokemon Legends Z-A was announced. How timely. All I can say is that I can’t wait to return to Kalos

Ughh man, nostalgia is hitting me so hard every time I hear ost from this game. This remind me from my childhood when everything in life was peaceful. I remember that my mom bought me this game when I was 7 years old. I remember crying, because that was not the game that I wanted. Finely, I forced my self to play this game and honestly, that was probably one of the best games that I ever played. Yes, just to say 10 years later, thanks to game freak and Junichi Masuda for giving me one of the best childhood possible. Now i got to say goodbye pokemon X and letting the nostalgia fly away…😭😭😭😭

Man I love Kalos so much

I'm currently playing through an old Y save and started filling the Kalos Dex as a "Living Dex"---where you actually have one example of each kind stored in your boxes too, like a Charmander, a Charmeleon, and a Charizard. It's super time-consuming and a very soothing anxiety-relief hobby to do at night. But the good time I was having doing that lead me to grab a copy of X and now I'm running through the story again simultaneously to grab any X exclusives, experiment with a whole different team approach, and enjoy the whole package of Gen 6 all over again. Twice is nice. But maybe I'm just really this weird.

pokemon X was my first pokemon ever, while it is my fav pokemon game ever i dont think its because of nostalgia, this game is just that good imo, i also use to just restart the game over and over again just for fun and one time i finished the game in one day

The Genfivers may hate this game and the people that like this, but honestly, I love Generation 6 so much

My first Pokémon game, I will never dislike it, even if it has some downs I will always love it. Everyone at school was into Pokémon, I was one of the only people with a 3DS considering things in Brazil are way more expensive, it was 2014 at the time, I met 2 kids in my class that played Pokémon, one of them became my best friend and the other one disliked me but I was too blind at the time to notice. I watched them play the Y version and I was entertained, eventually I asked my parents to buy the game for me(I swear I’m not spoiled nor was I spoiled back then), they accepted it, I went to a little store and the local mall that sold all kinds of games, they happened to have Pokémon XY, I picked X, I can’t remember the reason why. Car ride was I playing it, I picked Fennekin, it evolved into Braixen some moments later but I didn’t know how save so I blindly turned the 3DS off when I was gonna sleep. Next day my progress was lost, and I decided to try out Froakie, I went to school with the fear of turning it off, I asked the kid who disliked me(come to think of it he didn’t dislike me yet) how to save the game, he saved the game for me and I happened to stuck with it instead of Fennekin, I didn’t mind it that much and I kept playing the game. I think my team consisted of: Greninja, Talonflame, Charizard, Raichu, Umbreon, and I can’t remember the last one, I think I had trouble deciding my last party member, it varied over time, it was either: Moltres, Delphox, Chandelure, Xerneas and Mewtwo. I battled with the 2 kids and I never won, my best friend talked about Pokémon to me all the time and I was very entertained, though the other kid was jealous that he didn’t give him much attention anymore so he got jealous and started to dislike me. Life went on, the next year in 3rd grade we didn’t have class together(in Brazil your class consists of 1 class, you don’t walk in to classes, you stay with your only class and your only classmates, your teacher is the one who walks in to the class and another teacher walks in every class period, happens that my class wasn’t with them, they were from the other class), though I sat with them on lunch with a new kid as well, we all played Pokémon in lunch. 4th grade, in 4th grade we have the option to have early classes(6am-1pm) and late classes(2pm-9pm), I chose early classes with the new kid, they picked late classes, how unfortunate, and they didn’t have phones either, our moms did, this was the end of our friendships, I never saw nor met them again. Any ways 4th grade(2016) I met 2 friends that I actually have kept to this day and 2 others that I don’t talk to anymore, we all played and talked about Pokémon, this was it for the whole year. 5th grade(note that our school year starts in February and ends in early November so since all Pokémon games release late/mid November I can’t really play with them, I didn’t have their phone numbers either) we all purchased Pokémon S/M, I chose Litten, they both chose Rowlett, I had the type advantage but I always lost anyway, we still had fun really often, one of our friends switched schools, she was really funny. 6th grade we had US/UM, I can’t remember much from this year, I still picked Incineroar, this time we actually had each ones phone numbers. We also met new kids, they didn’t play Pokémon so our stuff wasn’t really Pokémon focused anymore, we just had fun, in the middle of the year(June 4th 2018) I had to move to Florida, I stopped talking with them eventually sadly, also the school didn’t let me into 6th grade because I didn’t speak English so I was back in 5th grade, here in my Florida no one talked about Pokémon, there were 2 Brazilian kids but they didn’t either, it was elementary, it was easy to learn English and easy to make friends, I had to move to another place(still close to that place) because my parents didn’t like the middle school. 6th grade was pretty boring, now that the school year didn’t end in November I could just buy Pokémon Sword in the middle of the year, nothing much happened either, also COVID happened before the year ended so err, I did have some friends from church but they didn’t like Pokémon either(though they’re my best friends to this day). 7th grade was during COVID, I met a Brazilian kid, and another Brazilian kid in the bus, we all played Pokémon GO, I remember using Chandelure a lot, we all still talk to this day as well except I’m not that close to one of them anymore. 8th grade(2021-2022)offered nothing again lol, I bough brilliant diamond because I heard DPP was good, PERSONALLY I HATED IT, I purchased Pokémon Legends later which was good. Now in the same year, around the end of it, I managed to talk to the 2 friends I made in 4th grade, we play a bunch of things, not only Pokémon and they presented me their other friends, I talk to them through discord since they’re in Brazil, but we still have fun. Im a freshman rn lol though from my comment you should probably already guess I was supposed to be a sophomore Short version: Pokémon gave me friends and this is why I probably love Pokémon XY.

These songs didn't mean anything at all 9 years ago... I was 12 and used to play Pokemon games all day long... Now I am 21 and I also listen to these beautiful themes while I drive to go to work... I won't hide that nostalgia always gets me... tears drop sometimes~

Pokémon X was my first Pokémon game, sadly the game cartridge has a reading issue were the DS can not read the data on the card, so the adventure I had will only be stored in the memories I keep. However I am still trying to look for solutions for the problem, any advice would be helpful and appreciated :)

This was my first Pokémon game. This music is very nostalgic.

Pokémon Y was my first ever video game that I had for my own, that I got for christmas with my 3ds at the age of 6. I first played it, and I didn't really have the intelligence to get past the first gym leader. A few years later I played it because I knew mire what I was doing, and it was the first game I had an absolute blast on. By that, I mean that I completed everything and got all my pokémon to level 100. This game is just so special to me...

I'm going to say this again and again, People overlook X and Y because of it's issues. But this shows the effort and beauty behind this game.

i didn’t have a phone back in 2015-16 all i had was my 3ds and this game. I played on it and finished the game in 3rd grade. I’ve lost my ds though and the game with it, but the music still reminds me of when i played.

Got Pokémon Y in 2013 when I was just 10 years old (Began my journey at the same age for the Anime). Now I’m 20 and reminisce on all the fun adventures I went on. Unfortunately I have grown out of Pokémon but I will never forget the lessons I learned and memories I made those many years ago.

1 month ago the sinnoh remakes got released and I'm already hyped for the gen 6 remakes, holy, so many childhood memories from this game... it'll be a huge nostalgia to play the remakes in a couple of years!

XY is and will forever be my favourite even thought Pokémon/Gamefreak ruined it with rushing the game but hopefully the will bring the best remakes for xy that everyone will love❤

I still remember when i got Pokemon X in 2014 at my Birthday. I was 8 ig (born 2006). It was my first Pokemon game ever and i loved (and still love) it so much. Probabbly the best Pokemon game i‘ve ever played. (I played every gen or at least their remake)

pokemon black was my introduction to the series, but pokemon X was my first time playing through an entire game for myself. after the recent news, i'm really happy that we're getting a chance to go back to kalos :D (plus, more kalos lore!!!!)

While I personally think XY were easy, we did get some of the most AESTHETICALLY PLEASING towns and cities in all of pokemon, the trainer customization was top notch and we haven't gotten anything like it since, and the anime, THE ANIME oh my god the Gen 6 anime CHEF'S KISS. Ash was goated there.

I can't say I've played this one as much as other Pokemon games but XY has such a great unique feel to it. Part in being the big exciting first transition into mainline 3D, part in the pretty and serene French aesthetics it borrows from. The music here in that regard and a lot of the entire soundtrack overall really stick out to me still, the music is a big highlight for this game imo. Almost a little unbelievable that we aren't that far now from this game being the middle point in the series, both in entries and in the actual record timeline of Pokemon throughout the years.

The soundtrack had better make a comeback in ZA. this is easily the best soundtrack out of every generation and I need to hear it all again ingame

I got Pokemon Y as my very first pokemon game. It was actually my brothers idea to gift it to me on christmas and man, I spent so many hours in this game and I loved everything about it, the story the music and when I got to the online aspects, I spent every afternoon trading. I remember how I got my first event pokemon, a mew, in exchange for a cryogonal, so he basically gifted it to me as we spent nearly every afternoon chatting together. i miss those times

I have to admit it, x and y have the best ambiental music from all the games, neither gen 7 or gen 8 impregnate their music with that feeling that characterizes gen 6th music.

when you got used to play pkm at higher speed than usual and you use bike non stop since you got it, most of the game was me listening to bike song at 1.5 and I don't regret it, actually enjoy more than the normal one :V
