💛 I'm grateful you came across this relaxing yoga practice. 💛
This is a yoga session is primarily focused on the legs and the hips. This class is designed to just stretch, relax and open up the hips. I won't be talking much during the class so you can take the time to be with yourself and your yoga.
✨ Practice soothing poses that gently stretch the legs & open our hips
✨ All our poses today will be on the back
✨ Practice mindful breathing to deepen your poses 🧘‍♀️
Allow yourself to fully embrace each pose and breathe deeply into the sensations, allowing yourself to feel, to be in your body, and to be with your breath.
