Remember QUANTUM BREAK? 

I remember this game, I remember they introduce the option to turn off copyright music and the majority of live action cars they used was mostly a Nissan.

I like how the girl they shot in the Hardline option is an important character with plenty of dialogs if you choose not to kill her. Gives a bit of weight to the choices.

Absolutely loved this game, it was so original and the gunplay was pretty good. Remedy games aren't your tipical game but one should live them as an experience, not as a game

I actually had a really good time with this game when it came out, mostly loved the different powers you get like Control

I became OBSESSED with this game for about a whole month. Played it front to back multiple times, sometimes restarting as soon as I finished it. I really wish it got more attention, cause it's so cool and so interesting.

This was relatively fun to get all the achievements. However the final boss on Hard was actually infuriating.

Quantum Break also had to contend with fellow linear gameplay, full $60 price tag, no multi-player, also-has-a-track-record-for-having-the-most-time-in-cutscenes-literally-of-all-time, the Yakuza series. Specifically, Yakuza 6 came out in 2016 and people were STILL more hyped for Japanese cutscene simulator #6 than Quantum Break, I definitely was. And it even came out eight months after.

I loved this game and Kev makes it even better

I just finished Quantum Break, and LOVED IT! I cant believe this game gets called mediocre when the story is so good! I really hope it gets a sequel one day!

Honestly LOVED this game and the live action episodes were great IMO. Gameplay was fun and the acting was decent, had some big names in there.

quantum break is one of my favorite story games and in my top 10 of all time. i remember it being really short, but wanting more after it was all said and done

I have played it two times and I love it I wish more people would make games where you can control time.

It might be the worst of remedy’s trilogy of Alan wake, quantum break and control but I still really love this game

The makers of this game don't understand how firearms work. At 7:13 they show the entire rifle cartridge and not the bullet being fired at the protagonist.

I absolutely love Kevduit's commentary. He's like the child of SaltyDKDan and TheRussianBadger. A good balance of shitposting, appreciation for fun mechanics, and reference jokes.

I got this game for 10 bucks on PC, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Knowing ahead of time about it's issues helps set your expectations, and whether or not you want to play it still.

The protagonist is a master at staring contests. You can see the determined look on his face lol 😆.

I absolutely love this game, gameplay is fun and story was interesting to me. Time travel/ time powers are fun and I feel this game used them fairly well be it in the environment or the actual stuff you do. Also I love the X-Man Joke since Jacks actor played Ice man in the X-men movies (then funnily enough lamplighter in The Boys)

14:19 The X-Men reference is fun because the actor for Jack played Iceman/Bobby Drake in the Hugh Jackman X-Men movies.

Quantum Break was fucking. Outstanding. And the the way they tie it into Alan Wake and Control is great too. Girl who plays Beth is the main character in Control, and Control and Alan Wake are in the same universe. Also, main character played Iceman in the Xmen sereies. Little Easter egg.

If there’s one thing Remedy Entertainment does best, it’s third person shooters with some weird manipulation mechanic. Max Payne has the slow motion dives, Alan Wake has light to keep away enemies(though that’s mostly just for survival because horror), Quantum Break has time manipulation, and Control has telekinesis. And then they just add something weird on top of it. Max Payne is a comic book. Alan Wake had a spinoff. (I guess, I don’t know much about Alan Wake tbh.) Quantum Break has a TV show within the game. And Control is just SCP in all but name, so you know it’s gonna be weird, with live action stuff like Doctor Darling’s video presentations thrown in to make the world seem more believable. I know the Alan Wake remake is gonna be their next big thing, but Remedy Entertainment will always be a name I have an eye on when announcement trailers roll around. Can’t wait to see what they make next after that.

Thank goodness Control that came after this managed to bring back the formula everyone loves from the old Max Payne games, (except the slow-mos of course); this game really feels like a precursor to it, where the gameplay is great, but the cutscenes wasn't in the same quality and a lot of things could be changed, finally perfected in Control. (Also, Jesse is in this game, but not the Jesse, just the actor)

Oh! I played this game like 3 months ago, it's also related to Adam Wake and Control XD They're an interesting uhh.... series. Really love Control though. Anyway I'd recommend giving all three a try... two now since you've played Quantum Break.

I managed to finish. The only challenge was having the will to continue.

Yeah I remember it. At first I was hesitant against the idea but I gotta admit it wasn't half bad. Felt like an early 2000s TV show and I'm a fan of them. Corny sequences, stakes that don't feel real, a bad guy with a twist. Personally I loved most of it... except the platforming parts. I do recall disliking a warehouse portion of the game but don't remember why.

I loved this game, Ik it had flaws but it had so many unique ideas. The combat flowed amazing, the story was so good, the chargers were actually interesting.

fun fact that Hollywood always ignores is that time travel is also travel through space, ala space time. So going into the past or the future would also require an engine to propel you back to the cosmic point in which the occurrence happened. Because quite literally we are on a spinning ball hurtling through the cosmos at break neck speeds. So if you went back in time but didn't also go back in space, you would end up in the past or future, where the earth either has not been yet or has long since passed, resulting in your immediate death.
