What happens if the catch at the bottom of the window prevents you from lifting it off the bottom hinge?

Do you possibly know why my tilt and turn window cannot be opened in turn mode? Apparently it was set like that, but surely there must be something I can remove to allow it to open in turn too.

normally turning the the handle 90 degrees allows you to open the window like a door, turning it another 90 degrees, i.e. in the vertical position will allow you to you tilt the window in. If you cannot turn open your window by turning the handle as i mentioned above, it may mean your window was not built with the appropriate hardware to let you turn the window open.

@@Kohltech I managed to figure it out. Turns out at the top left (handle is on the left) the circular bolt only goes half way down and a screw is put in place to prevent it from turn mode. I was told by a hardware seller that I would be better off asking a local window company as it would depend on the gearing used. So it pointed me in the right direction. Thanks however.
