There is a live acoustic version of Genesis that Ren had that is so incredible. It hits in a totally different way. It’s so subtle and intimate. And then then he sings the little vocal hook in this super delicate way that just hits at the heart. I so recommend checking that one out.

Highly doubt Ren can actually eat fish & chips, his diet being highly restricted due to damage from Lyme Disease. This track just worms its way into your brain and does not leave. Love your reactions!
It is all garbage and tons of carbs, no one trying to be healthy would eat that. High carbs is the killer(low carb veggies good)....white bread, rice, potatoes, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils and bio-engineered foods. People better start looking at labels because this shit is in everything.
The diet is actually from stem-cell treatment he's had to boost his immunity, while that helped massively (we wouldn't have the music we have today without it), he's since developed an allergy to just about any food he wants to eat. So his diet is limited to plain cooked chicken and steamed veggies. :(
