If you had listened to the end of that song, you would have heard Ren say it was the band's final busking performance. I think perhaps all the songs that day were filmed and clearly, the band was on fire. Hence so many great Big Push videos have them all wearing the same clothes (Ren's red suspenders). They gave it all on their last busking day together. Thanks Lads.

Why do very few Reactors React to the Best Song from this Live Performance Session the Original Big Push Song Watch Out?

That day, that gig, the one when Ren wore the gd red suspenders, that day was EPIC! They were all just in the zone, and they killed every single piece they played. Proper concert, and what a concert! There are quite a few clips, and all are just amazing....

Because Romain is an artistic Frenchman, he will sometimes wear blouses and/or skirts (not kilts). It appears that he wears whatever he wants to and not what society expects him to. Check out some of his solo busking videos.

Tour of Duty was an underrated show that expressed some of the real struggles the soldiers dealt with. And yes this was the theme song for the show...it fit perfectly.

That "Red Suspenders" day they were channelling something heavenly because that show has since become legendary! "Tour of Duty" was awesome - and "China Beach" too (I think that was the sequel?).

You are 100% correct about "Tour of Duty" it was on from 1987 to 1990. It was full of Classic Rock set to the background of "Vietnam".

Also, I made a comment in a Ren video and never heard back. My comment was about how cool it would be for Ren and the Big Push go on a tour like Robert Plant did back in the days. Robert Plant was the guest band with the Honey Drippers, and then Plant was the main band with his Robert Plant band. Ren as a solo guest band, then being part of the main band, the Big Push. How awesome!

Someone made a comment you should do a reaction to the BIg Push Icarus but also do the video ‘Behind The Push Icarus ‘ where the boys have done a short film about the characters in the Icarus vids as if they are real people - it’s beautiful and funny as heck . The Big Push should do a web series on the Icarus characters.

The red suspender thing is true because this song, War Pigs and I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop were all from the same gig ! I freaking love the energy of this performance. I am a massive Stones fan, have seen them live 3 times, and one of my favourite tracks to see them perform is Paint it Black. This Big Push version is, IMO, better than any I have seen the Stones do. It has such a punk energy to it. Love it !

I love this one. Paint it Black is one of my all time favorite songs. BP is correct that this song was the intro song for the show Tour of Duty which I used to watch with my parents because my dad was drafted to fight in Vietnam and he rarely talked about it so I'd watch it with him and mom to see what it was like over there for him. ✌️&❤️

It was the theme music for Tour of Duty from the 80-90s.. Brilliant show.. Tried to get the DVD box set but because of copyright they had replaced all the great music and this with Pan pipes... Pan Pipes... FFS... Made the show unwatchable.

It is NEVER a skirt a Kilt is huge and rapped around. I have 3 Tartans I am aloud to use, ancient Lamont, Huntting Lamont and modern Lamont. At my brothers wedding his new wife had stunning boots in modern Lamont. Lamont is the 3rd most massacred klam In Scotland. My mum is a Mcdonald the most massacred Khan in Scotland. Just a FYI, Romain's name is pronounced "Roh-may", not like Roman Empire, not like Romain Lettuce. He says it himself in various interviews and videos.

Imagine learning about The Big Push and then only ever watching their cover songs and busking. They literally released an entire album worth of original songs that are as good as anything Ren has done by himself. In fact, most of the songs were written by Ren. But so many reaction channels just react the busking and cover songs, why?

I like how they line up just to shred together it's as if the song just takes over. They are just along for the ride.

It was Tour of Duty, I remember watching it with my day when I was younger,I went back to watch it and I don't know if it's a copyright thing or statute of limitations or what but it's no longer the into song.

Tour of Duty! You're correct in it being used as the theme tune. Loved that show! We got it in the UK in the early 90s . Me n a friend used to go to the pub on a Friday night, get tanked and grab Chinese take out on the way back (King Prawn Chow Mein for me, Singapore Noodles for him). We'd head back to his parent's house and sit and watch Tour of Duty at 1 in the morning. Then when that finished it'd be War of The Worlds straight after. Good times!
