Ripped from a VHS supplied to UK dealers in the late 80s to inform them of the main features and selling points of the then-new Renault 19, which was a step up for Renault in build quality over its predecessor the R11.

23 years in my family,450 000 km mileage,no problems whatsoever,motor never touched,paint is still good,no rust,runs like a new ).

We had exactly the same Renault 19 TSE in my family around 1988.. same colour and same wheels.. i loved this car.. but couldn´t drive it personally cause i was 17 and didn´t have the driver license already :D

I'm seeing it from ur profile pic and man .. It reminds me of our Renault 19 chamade, with some sky blue colour, but my dad threw it away. :(, coz the engine died after 20 years of service..

@@peter3386 forever nothing. But 20 years is easily done. My megane is 21 and the engine is as strong as ever. My Triumph is 54 and the engine is beautiful. No strange fumes from the exhaust.

La mienne TSE phase 1 1,4 1988 413500 km roule tous les jours,tout fonctionne,état concours,passe le contrôle technique haut la main.
