Do you ever end up getting the work to fit a new DPF or do they generally go elsewhere with your diagnosis?

Thank you for ur video , I have the same fault code Dtc "000292" but it’s written:flow control adaptive signal incoherence renault , I have looked everywhere and changed some sensors but the fault code comes back but in memory! Do you have any clue where I have to start ? Thank you and greetings from Austria 🇦🇹 Car is Renault scenic 3 , dci 1.5 , 110 ps , k9k

Do you run Adblue in these models in the EU market? We have issues in Aus with the Abblue low warning not resetting after it's been refilled - none of the Actis solutions suggested by Renault have worked and I'm wondering if it's something you've come across?

Hi I have a 2016 Renault trafic and drives perfect but if I start it drive it about a mile it starts to smoke like a white colour and after about 10 seconds it disappears and is ok after…. Plugged in and brought up DF310 temp sensor upstream of particle filter signal outside upper limit…? Any one know if this is the cause or had same problem..? Thanks

Particle filters were the worst invention ever created, which is why in my cars they are the first thing I usually remove. I save fuel, increase efficiency and, above all, I stop spending money on garbage, literally garbage

Great video Jimmy, been following you from the off. I’m in the market for a scan tool, budget of £450.00, what would you recommend for DPF functionality, MK808 AUTEL? Topdon? The XTool stuff looks like a bargain, I’ve got an A30M and it’s brill but looking for something that can reset dpf values, and more or less do the stuff the big boy tools (£1,000+) can do, I appreciate there’s a lot, but any that stand out, for bidirectional testing, live data, actuation, dpf resetting spot particle etc etc. cheers Jim, and merry Christmas 🎉

All down to how it's software has been set by manufacturer but 10-12mbar usually

Good day chap can you tell me on a 2018 Renault trafic 1.6 DCI do the injector 1 run from flywheel side or chain side do to mixed messages from dealers and other mechanics and where would I find the stop start module. Cheers fella

Cheers Jimmy, you can’t save ‘em all.with that van carrying out self regens too often will it dilute the Engine oil?. See you on the next one.

Great video Jimmy! I’ve got a pressure sensor showing 0v on live data and 5v at the plug. It is giving a reading and seems to be working but voltage doesn’t change. Do you think it’s faulty?

5 v at the plug on which pin, the ecu sends 5 volts to the sensor anyway with the sensor plugged in and not running u should see a 0.5 volt which increases when starting and revved

@@chrisbennett7983 thanks Chris I’m seeing 0v on the live data and the voltage doesn’t move when revved. The sensor is giving me a kpa reading though

@KevinTaylor-cx2ok is that plugged in or unplugged. Plugged in 1 pin should be 0 1 pin should be 5v and 1 pin should be 0.5 with ignition on. If your seeing 2 5vs at pins plugged in and turned on that would say the sensor is internally open circuit. (Alot of modern ecu with end 5v down a signal wire if its unplugged as a means of testing continuity)
