This may well be my next car in a few months, if I can get my loan accepted of course. I love the neo-retro style of the car (the rear and its rear mounted engine makes it look like the R5 turbo somehow) and I was surprised at how much space there is for passengers for a city car like this. Fun fact also: thanks to Mercedes partnering with Renault, and the Twingo III being the sister car to the Smart Forfour II, it actually uses Mercedes engines, as the 1.0 SCe / 0.9 TCe engine is in fact none other than the Mercedes M281 block... xD
@@T0mahawk3r if you want it too break then by The UP it is such a crap car i have fix a lot of them for car hire companies mainly clutches,Headlights and they feel cheap inside i have the Twingo now 6 years old still going strong but i am upgrading to a Dacia Sandero III in September.

Are you sure that's a TSce 0.900l 90hp? This is the first video in wich the engine of Twingo sounds 'in control and calm' (bit like gen 1 Twingo). I hate sounds like fiat Twin air, usually the lower cilinder count the worse this sound is that i hate, a loose exhaust cause it also. This video sounds more like SCe 70hp, 999cc. If you are certain it's 900hp, it would actually be reason to buy it.
how was it to drive on the dual carriageway? I just bought a renault twingo 1.0 SCE for my first car and was wondering if its, well, drivable on the motorway 😂
You can get down to 5l/100km , i can't get under that because i mostly drive in urban areas fun car, the only downside i found for now is that weight ditribution, with the rear engine . I live in south of france and on windy days ( over 80/90 km/H peaks), highway drive can be ... really not fun. but no problem for 130 km/H cruising, fairly quiet for a small city car.
@@WinnyD1 ye its a good car for me, on hills its a nightmare tho, you really have to put ur foot flat to the floor, but apart from that for me its been a great car (so far after 2 months)
@@JoeBlack9 you sure i ve got a 70hp model with the same gear lever with silver on top and the 90hp not offered in base models and has a different gear lever where you have to pull up on it to engaged reverse and also has a eco mode button next to the gear lever which this car does not have so it is a 70hp model.
This is such great looking Reno thet they overdone it however is not perfect it has it own problems so let's get started. The front sits are to bit and you can't see when you reverse they should put a a normal sits and sport sits alsow the back window is trash you can't see when you go in reverse you can't see the back side of the car then the pocket on the door to small this are some of the shit things this car has it and the looks yes this little car has the looks love the steering wheel and the dashboard you can choose what colour you like car looks fat from the out side and a bit small from the inside but if is get the job done then is a small city car 1/8. Neither note this car can do 360wit in one turn and in on spot you can go is circles with this car as other cars don't have Thet opirtenitiy.
