This is like a slice of heaven, the gray flooring is a plus the little loft would be perfect for my grandson. And the deck wrap around is a major plus!!!!
Beautiful camp Gorgeous remodel Love Maine Great state Sure miss watching Maine Cabin Masters Wish somebody would put it back on the air So many great camps
Beautiful property, and the reno looks great--tip of the hat to the sellers, and what a nice, relaxing place. The person who buys this property will be a very lucky person indeed!
I currently live on Cape Cod and to tell you the truth, I'm sick and tired of the crazy tourist season. Cape Cod is not what it use to be. I've lived here for 40yrs and I've seen it go downhill over the last couple of decades. So what I'm looking for is peace and quiet. Will I find it here? I don't want to deal with loud, crazy tourists. 🙏🇺🇸✌️😎
@@peechford3796 I don't know. That's why I'm asking. I just need to find a place where I can have some peace and quiet. I've had enough of this crazy world. 🙏🙏🙏✌️😎
@crownd1105 My husband and I are finally able to take our retirement road trip from Idaho. It's been my dream to visit the Northeast. I really do understand that you're tired of tourists. But I am so grateful that we can take this trip. I can't wait to taste FRESH lobster from Maine, see the Liberty Bell in Pennsylvania and visit your neck of the woods and take a ferry to Nantuckit. I hope your dream of peace comes true for you, but in the meantime, thank you for sharing your beautiful part of the world 😊
@@lasalleman6792 Fair price should be whatever the current market will bear. If one person is willing to pay $800,000 for this property, than that would become its current fair market value. Good price is very subjective to each person. I'm not avoiding your question, which is a good question, but I assume the realtors in Maine did their research before suggesting a listing price for this property. I believe the current overvalued housing market is not sustainable. Every time the housing market exhibits bubble-like behavior, it crashes 100% of the time. Most people would agree we are seeing bubble like behavior
I would leave California in a heartbeat. Maine is beautiful. If this was going to be your year-round residence,I would check the insulation and the quality of the windows. I would definitely install a generator because you're going to lose power a lot and I would trim any trees that are in the Northeast which is usually where our storms come from. I would also put in a leach field.
@@flynnjp19 I'm a Mainer and I think a one-bedroom camp with lakefront access with central AC for $200,000 is a damn good price. Completely furnished and completely renovated. You can add another bedroom if you have the money. Go see how much a two bedroom house goes for the one next to my house was $110,000 before the pandemic and just sold for $350,000
There's always the one guy at the party who wants to remind everyone about the interest rates. 2020 [2.6%]- 2023 [6.2%]- 2024 outlook [8%]. Interest rates like this can add upwards of 500k to a 30 year loan on a 200k home. Kind of makes you wonder why when considering there are so many vacant homes out there. Home values have also jumped by almost 70% in the last two years.
That's not really a lake. More like a pond. Pro tip when selling lakefront properties include the size of the lake...looks to be about 10 acres. Also, power boats allowed?
