Hi Samuel! Upon hearing that SA bookings can span over months with a single tenant I can't help but ask, when does SA become a HMO when it is taking place in a 3,4,5 bedroom house? Or is SA just not viable in this case? Really appreciate all insight given

I found it beneficial, I agree info is out there and there is quite a lot of upselling. Didn't find it shit there were too many little gems for that but suppose it depends on what you are looking for. But you can't beat 1-1. This is people's time which you can't expect for free.
