How do you remove damaged magnets

Didn’t realize they could be replaced,now that I tossed a damaged flywheel.Also all the ignition components got damaged under flywheel on a 2003 25hp Johnson Replaced components with 1988 components and a flywheel from same type ignition years.Motor started easily but missed Badley and then started running backwards.Never saw this before.Could the CDI cause a timing issue or trigger under flywheel?Flywheeland ignition system should be compatible.Any insight?thanks

Is there a specific spot to start the first magnet if they all need replaced. Let’s say they have all been unglued for several years and are just sitting together.

did you mention the polarity factor? push, pull, push, pull, push, pull etc. every other one.

Hello, I saw your video in you tube about how you put magnets to the flywheel and I have some questions. First of all I have evinrude e tec 250 hp 2005 and before a week I found that magnets are get off...i found the same and new but it's a little bit expensive 1,400€..what is your opinion??l also have photos..

was wondering if I bad fly wheel could cause no spark on one cylinder have changed stator timer coils power pack and new carbs all new parts on a oceanrunner 225 1994 johnson and still no spark one one cylinder and runs ruff

I have a question... my husband has an evinrude intruder 150 hp. He is needing an o-ring for the fuel pump. I can send a pic of what he is needing if I need to. Where can he buy just the o-ring? Every where we look it says we have to buy the whole thing for like $800. Plz help!!!

When purchasing the kit with magnet, does it come with 2 epoxy packs? I have to replace a couple magnets because they got chipped, but 2 others just need to be epoxied back in. So I guess what I'm asking is if there is enough epoxy to do 2 magnets in the magnet kit?

Hi, would this be the same solution for a 97 mercury 25 hp? And do all flywheels have that many magnets? Do they fill up the whole thing?

What about the direction are they all same ?!
