Video is very helpful except that it says "slide the cartridge directly into the slot". NO!!! Hold the cartridge at an angle to the slot so that the end facing you is pointing down about 20 degrees from the horizontal and then once it is in the slot push upwards until it clicks home into the horizontal position.

I've HP 1510. After my '60' original cartridges went empty. I bought the HP 122 Black and color cartridges after checking the HP Support website for compatible cartridges . However, Now after replacing the cartridges the lights are both blinking and the printer isn't working. I tried re-placing them with the old ones and the lights went off and it printed (but with low quality ink as its almost empty) What should I do to make the 121 work ,please?

The light on my printer will not stop flashing after scanning the alignment page and the printer will not do anything else. When I cancel the operation and attempt to print something the page will come out blank despite printing the alignment page properly.

So, ive bought an HP 1515 (1510 in usa) and when i tried it it got both of their lights flashing, i have inserted blank paper, and i also inserted 662 ink cartridges, tri left and black right. It seems perfectly fine, no jams or ink mismatch, but it still flashing both lights! what do i do?

Hi does this printer same with Hp ink advantage 1515 all-in-one series? because i just bought this printer, it says 1510 series in manual book & my OS but in its device (above start button) and site where i buy this printer, it says ink advantage 1515 series. i just searched for cartridge in HP supplies (mine use 678, came with my printer), and i found out that cartridge for 1510 and 1515 is different number. 802 for 1510 and 678 for 1515. so which cartridge i should buy, 678 or 802? thanks
