Thanks so much for this video. the whole time i had a hair bow, stuck in there. It was clear and was really stuck down in there and i thought it was a part of the printer!! But none the less, thanks for this amazing video!!
Woaah, it worked! There was some kind of lint/dust buildup on one of the spring loaders (springs are behind the plastic small black pastic covers) just below paper loader, lol!
I decided to buy another printer because it can't pull the paper anymore , the left side of the paper pull down faster than the right so the paper jammed & become stuck, but i watched your video & i found small clips in the bottom of the roller :) & now it works very good i just need now to buy new inks or maybe refill because the new printer cost as much as two inks in my country :) thank you HP =)

While printing multiple pages, I decided to release the paper guide (the black one which is used in order to hold the papers being printed). However, when I am finished and is trying to push it back, it seems that it stuck and won't go back. what should I do?

I was trying to fix my printer to why it wasn't printing out any papers. I said to myself, "Why is it jammed??" I was cleaning it, checking it around, and threatened it to work XD. However, when I checked inside the printer, there was a pencil in it. I was like, "It was you who jammed it!" pencil: ..... Me: get out -.- pencil: make me >:) Me:-lifts up the printer upside down and opens the tray- out I say!! pencil: Nuuu!! So yeah. thanks for the helpful advice! ^-^/

If you chose images you can clearly see the two different ends on the printer-style USB cable. o What operating system are you using (Windows 7, Mac 10.9, or Windows 8, etc)? o Is the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet? o Are you able to make a copy using the front panel of the printer? The HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that helps to quickly resolve common printing, scanning and connectivity issues. If the utitlity doesn’t resolve the issue it will at least tell us to where to start to resolve things. Please let me know at what step the unresolved issue was and the contents of the message.
