did you loosen the axle nut on the left hand side before the axle on the right hand side (1m50s)? It looks that that the nut is not there(1m03s)?

It was a motorcycle mechanical scissor lift that tilts the bike in its centre stand.

If yes - which pinch bolts you have loosen as a first?

What jack did you use to lift up the bike?
