@@RaccoonsRadioRanch over priced substandard components put into this newer crap and did nothing but put a scar into there product name. Now outta buisness because of it more than likely. Sad too this is a realy cool hobby and the places to get quality stuff is gone. Or to good to be true. Lol.

I actually bought the M6B 5 years ago . Six months later it was junk. After I read a bunch of reviews and articles online about the issues it had , and saw how many other people dealt with this very common issue ... I threw it in a box and figured it wouldn't ever be good for anything again . It's the keyup switches in the M6B ... they're garbage . Then I saw these NOS M6 boards for sale on ebay ... and what a difference that made . I'm not affiliated with the seller at all . I was just so impressed , and I knew how common it was for the newer M6B's to be junk ... that I wanted to share it with everyone , so you all knew how to fix the problem . I'm glad the Delta M2 worked good for you . In my case , I needed a good handheld for the mobile . This mic is going on my RCA Co-Pilot and replacing the Road Devil . The new Road Devils are bad too ... you have to keep the audio slider barely open , or they squeal really bad ... and even then , they still squeal sometimes .

@@Dallas-Rife-UDX-347-Tennessee I agree 100% ... that's one of the reasons why I buy older equipment . It was either made in America , or in Japan. But either way , it was all built waaaaaaaay better than any of this "Garbage" that China is pushing off on us .

Does the same on my Lincoln II as well. Goofy. Not a fan of the radio or the mic lol. Taking them out of the truck today.

@@luke8210 Which makes me glad that I went with the Stryker instead of the Lincoln II + , and that I found that M6 board to replace my M6B board with .

Look up "Astatic D104M6 CB Mic Replacement PCB Board With Quality Switch New Old Stock" ... that's exactly how it's titled .
