Replacing both upper control arms on a v6 2005 Mazda bravo / Ford courier,
If you buy just the bushing you need to get them pressed in. you can not get them out unless you want to be a real hack.
I suggest you buy both arms like i did and you get the new ball joints to.
Just make sure you put them shims in properly like you took it apart.
After you done the job take it in for a wheel alignment.
Symptoms of worn control arms are.
Tyre wear on the inside both wheels
Also steering wheel won't be 100% straight.
You will get Tyre shake a little to in the steering wheel when Tyre are cold.
Also when on full lock you will get front end noise bushing bind up they make a squeak.
