Replacing Fuel Lines On Small Engines both easy and difficult lines 

Never seen that heat shrinking method before. Always good to have another method for doing something. I’ve found on lines that are really difficult to pull through to do two things. Lube the entire length of line you want to pull through and/or hold the line a little bit way from the tank as you pull it through to actually stretch the line as it is going through the hole. That reduces the size of the line, making it easier to pull through. I also use different wall thicknesses of line depending on the fit in the hole to allow either an easier fit or a tighter seal if I think the tank might leak because the line is a little loose.
