Hi Christoph. You can buy material on ebay and cut to size. Try searching for words: Accordion Felt Leather Flap Covering.

I bought several sheets from Ukraine a while ago and still using it. I bought felt with leather already glued to it.

@@seryozhka1 Thanks a lot for the reply. Wonder if they sell any online. Italian felt+ leather is so expensive..

Thanks. Yes. Thin leather works fine too.

Normally, the arm would be removed and cleaned. Then, I usually add some scratches in axial direction (along it) on the section that will be inserted in the key. These scratches prevent arm from rotating. After that, the arm is glued back in place wit PVA or hide glue. Hope this helps.
