Also, the trend at which other provinces' people migrate to WC from informal settlements are so big and plays a huge factor. Ask yourself rather, why are the rest of the country from other provinces moving there? Lastly, there are 4327 Informal Settlements in SA, why the focus on only WC's ones?
@@mjjaguar8854 The DA does not have control over the police and a few other services which the ANC has. So a lot plays a factor. THE ANC should go. DA should govern.
@@mjjaguar8854if you look at those townships you can see there has been an active effort to maintain roads, sidewalks, lights etc. The reason those areas are a mess is because of the residents behaviour
