Eff has grown bigger than DA in a few elections. DA destroyed education of artisans in 1995. They stopped high schools teaching 4 year artisan courses and ended 4 year apprenticeship from age 16. Not one professional artisan educated since 1995. Bring back that education....but no politician even knows what that is. Unemployment would shrink and manufacturing would boom. All infrastructure would be maintained by professional artisans in every municipal area. Voters are to blame for allowing the destruction of SA

I was also living in kzn at age 6. I also remember late at night catching fish with my dad and a indian man always teaching us. Kentucky was R21 a barrel back then. Cant do it anymore at age 47 now.
Having watched the very inspirational Arte tv Documentary about Mayor Chris Pappas (32) of uMngeni Municipality as well as his young Deputy Mayor, Sandile Mnikath (28) on RU-vid, the DA is by far the most progressive, the most compassionate and the most experienced choice to take SA, the Multi Party Charter and KZN forward in 2024!!
I am not a DA member of into politics, BUT this young man is different, inspiring, so authentic - I loved listening to him. The cherry on top is his ability to speak isiZulu with the right accent. He deserves a chance to lead - I hope he wins the votes!
I had the same mentality as you once before. In 2018 my son was born and I never felt so vulnerable in my life. I decided to pack up all my things and move my family to NZ. I thought I had made a responsible decision for the future of my loved ones, but it was a big mistake. I came back to SA and did this once more 2 years later, this time to Mauritius. I am back in SA and although I can't say for sure I'll not leave SA ever again, I can say this... I will never call myself an ex-South African ever again. I've learnt what it means to be proudly South African 🇿🇦 . There is still no place like home.
He's absurdly fluent it's almost scary to witness not even natives sound like that these days, especially in the urban areas. Most importantly he seems honest and sincere
