I don't think you should forgo the PR ships until late. By coordinating one of the fleets you're leveling to match the requirements for the PR ship, then the exp grind happens naturally as you level your fleets. I'm setting up my map clearing fleet to be the one to farm for Saint Louis EXP. I make the back line a group of support main fleet (Unicorn, greedy cat, ect) that boost the vanguard's damage and survival. Unless you meant dedicated farming EXP for them, which imo is silly. Since you get EXP for anything you do, you might as well just have a fleet with units in the proper category when farming another resource, 2 birds with one stone.

Attention: the monitor loadout DOES NOT WORK RELIABLY. The gold twin 127 does not fire fast enough to kill 8-4 suicide boats that arent comming right in the middle. I'll suggest using the twin 128 SKC instead.

I was really underwhelmed with the whole thing because I don't play too much and it seemed like a chore, but when you put it like that, it's possible to get Yeptune in a month with reasonable grind time. Thank you for this video :)

tbh I over-prioritized my low-oil fleets so much that I am swimming in oil. Still have like 20mail with oil presents waiting to be opened. It will be a mental release, knowing I can be very lenient with my 3M grind fleets. I will throw as much oil out the window to decrease clear time. Splendid video as always!

Glad to see that my 10-4 Hood main mob fleet was the right choice. Still farming events and 10-4 at the same time. My oil has never been above 2500 :'(

Wait I'm confused, let's say for Saint Luis I'm using Cleveland in 7-4map. Every battle there won is about 600exp on avarage. So if I added Minneapolis and helena then every battle won there would be (600×3) 1800exp, doing five battles (min needed to proc the boss) there and then the boss would be about (low balling (600×3)=1800×6=10,600) 10,000 minimum exp towards Saint Louis, so dosen't that mean that all I have to do is 100 normal runs for 1mil exp, 200 runs for 2mil exp and 300 runs for 3mil exp. If you did 10 runs a day that's only 10 days for 1mil or 30 days for 3 mil right? So the biggest issue is the oil cost and the backrow, having the vanguard be max level and having a low cost backrow that can survive is the best way to farm exp right?

a little tip for ibukis exp grind. When you have yubari, use her. She is a cl and has a skill that gives your cruisers a 15% exp bonus.

Using QE is almost a given if you want to use multiple HMS ships to get Monarch. Nelson and Rodney also are good for escort fleet clearing (especially if you level their skills; and most likely, the majority of your EXP will come from escort fleet clears). As for Hyuuga, I assume you either mean non-retrofit Hyuuga or to use retrofit Hyuuga just as a boost, because Retrofit Hyuuga is an aviation battleship (And thus doesn't count for Izumo). Izumo is a toughie to get if you don't have the event battleships, though. But Mutsu also has the big 7 skill, which is good for escort fleet clearing (and leech if you have her at LB0). EDIT: Retrofit Hyuuga does count. Yay.

Thanks for the great videos, but i have a question! :) At 4:04 you say "Using this method each battle should take less than 30 oil, so your oil count should be okay even if an event hits." My question is - does EXP gained in event battles count toward the 3m EXP goal? You could just play the event with appropriate fleets and keep gaining experience, right? Just a question that might seem self-explanatory to some, but i wanna try and make sure :) Again thanks for all the advice and keep those great videos coming! :)

Just a quick question before I dance again, why am I not gaining exp for my chosen PR ship. Is it needed to finish a chapter after before you can get the PR ship exp?

I was one of the first 10 people on JP to get Georgia. I got her when the timer on the last objective ended. I didn't do anything in this video and still was one of the first, so if anyone wants to know if it's possible to do them your own way, still be fast and not spend money? Yes, it is. Though not many give a crap about her and she's only got 6 comments and 13 likes days after. It was at 6 likes and 6 comments when I got her.

Late comment but ain't it easier just to calculate how many ships you have from that specific faction and category, divide them to 3.000.000 exp and then estimate how many levels each ship needs? So far for me, it works(even if I don't have any big level ship, I only have one with like 96 level). I don't grind them everyday or anything but I have 30% for 1.000.000 exp in two weeks or so(I don't grind them much, I only send them on commissions to keep up with the events and stuff). This is just my opinion though(and a question as well), I learned new tactics for grinding the other ships from this so thank you!

After the latest update in CN/JP, LB0 is definitely a thing in the past. If you use the middle slot to level the weaker ships while suppressing LBs as far as possible I get it, but you just cannot waste any exp by not LB-ing at all.

Looks like im gonna use prinz/hipper a lot in this PR grinding. Good vanguard for roon, but great for izumo and monarch. Looks like their tanky nature, but low dmg output finally having a use. I will spam arizona too for roon, saint lou, neptune and ibuki, so glad I build her.

7-2 is better for Roon grind if you don't have any good KMS CL/CA, and even then if you pick the wrong Main Fleet character they will die quite fast because the KMS CL/CA's can't destroy suicide boats fast enough, unless they happen to run into it.

Ugh just when I got tired of 8-4 I have to do it 924 more times and I still don't have Maya.

If i have a level 110 ship with 3m exp stacked on EN will it count or do i need to farm again after the pr patch?

The experience farm is surprisingly a non issue. I just do my map farming with the houston, indi, Omaha. I get 2k exp a fight and loot/gold at the same time. 1 million exp in a week with auto battle while I do other things.

I was wondering which BP research missions yield the most BP per coin spent. I want to save cubes and I know the free missions yield the least BP/hour, so for coin missions would you recommend prioritizing the blue, purple, or gold missions?

An hour and a half game time: What they see: ships, bullets, maps, retire screen What i see: bouncing manjuus, loading screen, title screen, "Invalid input", "Network error" seriously, this android app is the only app i have that has the worst network resiliency (others work just fine). Nevertheless, I am still playing it

Is there any rumor that allows you to say that Eugen might get a Retro (soon even)? Because i just saw what can be the 4 skills for Bismarck? and the fourth one reduces damaged when both are paired.

I mean, yes, you can farm exp at lv 120, it'll be faster.... but, aren't you supposed to limit break the ships in the Bands anyway? so you might as well grind exp for those, get them at least to lv 70 to fully limit break them.

Does the shipyard keep track of how much EXP has been acquired? Or does it not tell you until you're done? I'm looking at it right now and its still a big fat 0% even after a couple dozen battles, kinda wondering if its supposed to tell me how much I have or not.

i have a question. lets say i want to farm saint louis. my formation is 3 vanguard 1 backline and the other is 1 vanguard 1 backline. will the amount of exp accumulated the same ? or it is based on how many vanguards you have ... ?

Going for Roon! Can you clarify if LB0 ships maxed at level 70 still count towards the 3mil exp accumulation? Right now LB0 ships at 70 dont seem to gain awakening exp or accumulate towards academy classes exp.

@Just3c can it work that instead of the lb0 Monitor turned into LCV like Unicorn as an alternative? ( when it doesn't have a Monitors )

Why is 3M XP considered large? Getting to Lv.110 would cost you 2M+ EXP and that is focused on one ship. 3M XP gained by three ships is like farming for 1M XP only, which is very little, not even enough to get you to Lv.100. I got my Nagato to Lv.110 within a week and I even forgot to put her in the dorm... so am I missing something here? Edit: Maybe I just don't have a life and has all the time to farm... :/

hey 3c i'm wondering how long did it took you to farm jintsuu? i'm on my 3rd week now, i auto farm maybe 3-4 hrs each day i been only getting 9/10 commons and 1/10 queen or london :(

Since I have a job, there's no point in LB0 because my oil never dip at all due to not have time to hardcore farming. Vanguard getting MVP is not that much a priority for me since I need reliability. Oh, and that Air supremacy mechanic too, bringing 0lb Unicorn is just begging for -15% accuracy penalty across your teams or you have to gimped your boss fleet with CVs when grinding at World 9+.

how is yuubari useful in farming ibuku, isnt it better to just run 3 ships that accumulate the exp rather than 2 + 15% on both of them, or did i misunderstood something?

3:02 mark Mogami with a 203 SK/C ... ok no need to watch further ... although the basic idea explained in the vid is highly logic (and kinda should be obvious) and will help new players (-1month in the game) i can't stomach to see Mogami with a 203 SK/C (she do same or more dmg with the 203 proto after some test with both gear at +10 )

Hi, sorry if that's repeating questions but, I've started to actively farm for izumo and I'm using a nagato as flagship. She's fully maxed out and stuff. Yesterday everything was fine, I've farmed until they got moody, so I left the game and started again today. Suddenly nagato is now earning zero exp. On 1:05 it's said that it counts even if they have stacked exp already and even if it shows +0 but after taking out my leech ships and playing for an hour, the progress bar didn't moved at all... So, what happened? It's the very first time I've seen a ship getting +0 exp in story stages, I have multiple lv120 and they still get exp too...

Just to be sure, Baltimore can also be recommended, yeah?

Does the bonus exp from curry and the other higher tier foods count towards the EXP for PR ships?

90 minutes a day .... I should be getting Roon in a single month then, might only be auto but a 2. monitor is amazing for constant farming
