This looks very good my friend. When fans are better at fan fiction than Constantin hiring non fans to write fan fiction, just like Disney hiring non fans to write fan fiction.
Wow this looks like a new game done in classic RE style. I WANT TO PLAY IT so bad. Why wouldn't capcom give us games like this anymore it's not even hard.
Don't hold your breath on 'During the Storm' it's been cancelled for the last two years. the last mention on the 'Resident Evil: During the Storm's X/Twitter account was back in 2022 and there hasn't been anything new there since.
@@edistone1111 Originally they said it was because of personal reasons and real-life situations. I don't know if there's anything else to why though since I haven't found anything else saying exactly why.
“Today, all your dreams come true” … great Easter Egg paying tribute to the Resident Evil film! I’m a HUGE RE Fanboy, so I’ll 100% be dropping coverage on this when it DOES release!
Someone inform Playstation that you could make a deal with the OG content creators, charge 40$ for this game, split it 50/50 and both parties would make out handsomely.
I say the same thing about the Fan Made Chrono Trigger sequel Crimson Echos, I played that one and it really does a good job of keeping the feel of the original game with a whole new story that connectts well with Chrono Cross.
The only way RE is done justice is by fans such as these guys. Capcom should have collaborated with SD Perry and expand upon the story of Trent. Along with Hunk and others.
This is such an ambitious project and is hands down the best RE mod I've seen. Spiritual successor to the original RE games, for anyone who hasn't played the demo. Challenging but not frustrating, original story and content yet plays perfectly true to the classics. You'd believe Capcom developed this; nothing amateurish and no noticeable glitches or bad programming and the level design and story progression is great; a classic RE title through and through. Can't wait to see the full version!
@@StreetsOfSonic Itll be a while yet. We are chugging along at quite quickly currently, but if i try to give a time prematurely, the world will end or my laptop will turn into a gerbil or something. We will try to keep posting regular updates on our twitter page, but most of the time we are kinda nose in the ground working and dealing with real life and forget to update
@hellrhick4939 That's cool, take your time. Was just curious. However long it takes will be worth the wait. Unfortunately, that end of the world scenario seems more likely than it should be right now, LOL
It amazes me when fans are better at fan fiction than CONSTANTIN hollywood bs fan fiction specifically in regards to WTRC and the netflix series. Paul's movies too but at least we know those were Resident Alice movies featuring RE characters.
I´m pretty darn sure that Aya´s mitochondrial power will make her impervious the the virus effects but instead make her stronger if nothing else. Game is looking hot.
I loved a lot about SD Perry's books, but Trent was a nice addition and would work well if they would ever make a faithful film/tv show adaptation. I cant wait to be able to try this, thanks to the modders hard work 💜 Also, keeper's diary is officially the best live action resident evil content
"No official release date" seems like how a lot of these high hopes end. For curiosity's sake, what cool OG RE style projects ARE out by now? I've played Containment, which was sick as hell.
weve posted consistent updates and even a demo during our creation process. We are older modders/creators in our late 30s and 40s and have been in the modding scene for decades.
I can understand why people worry when there is no release date. At the moment there isn’t a release date, as 3lric mentions, both he and myself are old modders with not as much free time as we would like along with responsibilities. Some of the more ambitious projects fell afoul due to differing opinions or lack of backup redundancy. That is not meant to be a slight or dig against those creators. 3lric and I are on the same page for the mods direction and we have input from others to guide us to ensure both of us are pulling in the same directions. The project is also backed up in a few locations, so not much would be lost if our computers imploded. It’s getting chipped away at each time we have spare free time so will eventually be done.
Looks sick! I gotta say, there has been some great old school RE mods but this by far is the most interesting one ♥️ Haha, some Parasite Eve 2 locations thrown into the mix 😁
This looks so cool! Absolutely amazing idea ....I will say idk if it was my headphones or what, but I really hope that isn't the music for it though. I'd rather listen to the basement theme in director's cut than whatever that was
It would be even more crazy if they can't find a way when the project will be finish just to bring the cd of the videogame in the original PlayStation 😮 But anyway much respect for those who works on this game cause this is exciting !
I'm working on a Resident Evil non-cannon fanfiction story adaptation. It's based off of Resident Evil 1.5 and the scrapped Elza Walker character. It's a side story that takes place during the events of the Raccoon City outbreak in RE 2.
wasn't there a shadowy agent named Trent in the S.D. Perry books? is this meant to be the same person or just a coincidence that they have the same name?
