In this video we explain the basics of pressure casting to get bubble-free parts. We used a TinSil 80-15 mold to cast TC-803 parts. TC-803 is a slow setting resin (6-7 minute working time) that allows plenty of time for pressure casting complicated parts.

Once the resin was cured. For TC-803 I waited about an hour.

Therapeutic to watch this. Got an idea for a video. Clean up. I bet you have great tips for cleaning up after a leak or God forbid a mold tipped over in your pressure pot.
