This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ru-vid.comUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

15 reps each, 30 second interval between exercises, based on your experience include the number of rounds. Lower Chest 1. High downward chest press 2. High 1-Arm Downward Chest Fly (15 each side, hold both handles in one arm) Mid Chest 3. Middle chest press 4. Middle Valley Press Upper Chest Transition the band to a lower angle and continue. 5. Low upward chest press 6. Low 1-arm upward fly (15 each side hold both handles in one arm) Mindfully Engage!

Is anyone struggling to target their chest for good? Im trying to perfect my form as much as possible yet still feel my shoulders are taking over, they tire out before my chest. I retract my shoulders and puff out my chest, and also really focus on mind and muscle connection with my chest. I can see the fibres working and I can feel it, but I dont feel it as much as I do in my shoulders, which tire out before my chest does
dam bro you are going to get so many more views with this type of production quality. I always watch you for the killer workouts and great personality so it never really mattered but this is such a major improvement in every way
Keep working on your form and getting comfortable with the bands you should find a way that works eventually. Do 3 sets of push-ups beforehand too to already get the chest pumped. sometimes doing stuff like that helps me get a better workout with the bands
Tip for anyone doing exercise bands outside (for Rona reasons or just to get Vitamin D). I made an anchor from a heavy duty dog collar w a d ring and a large carabineer. Now I can either use a workout station at the park, or just a solid tree branch to attach a point for the resistance bands to pull against. Very solid and cost about $20 all together.
retract your shoulder blades together and keep them squeezed throughout. (picture yourself stopping with your shoulder baldes a pincil from sliding down)
Really enjoy the variations of chest flys. Keeps constant tension on the pecs, which is often hard to achieve with dumbbells. I usually don’t use any attachments with my resistance bands, feels like I might rip the door off it’s hinges

Hi how would you Schedule the week workout. with only Resistance Band My plan is monday chest, shoulders and triceps Tuesday legs, back and biceps Thursday chest, shoulders and triceps Friday legs, back and biceps But it will only be 35 minuts pr day is that enough?
Your shoulders will be engaged, but you should feel it in your pecs. Try to keep your arms as still as possible. You should try your best to mindfully focus on making the pecs do all the work. This is one of those things where you really have to know how it feels when a certain muscle group gets worked. So as I said, nothing wrong with shoulder engagement. It’s like having tight forearms after a bicep workout. As long as the main focus is on your chest, and the chest is getting the “pump”.
Great description of what to do above! The more you can mindfully engage your chest, the more activation. The movements showed in the video all primarily target the chest so really focus and squeeze using your chest muscles to engage each exercise. Like also mentioned above, the shoulders are secondary involved so it’s completely normal for them to feel some strain too. But think and squeeze chest! You got this 💪🏻
I don't know why but every band excerise i find online when i try them can't feel the burn in the correct place? example 11:29 the last exercise didn't even feel the burn in my chest felt it more in my arm and was using the 10lbs band not saying the 10lbs band was easy cause it wasn't but couldn't keep my arm straight. This was just one example where i didn't feel the burn in the correct muscle group.

do you have any chests workout with no equipment (that dont do pushups😅) and can i have an advice about my wrist I've been doing some of your workouts and before i discovered your channel I've been doing some push ups and my wrist hurt so bad and i can't do push ups cause when i am in a pushup position my wrist hurt so bad thats why i cant do a single pushup i can only do knuckle pushup any advice or help?😅

Are those bands really stiff or he's just acting as if they are? It takes some time for me to find the right combination of multiple band so they aren't too strong or too soft . Each exercise I struggle wth attaching and detaching on the door or the window. I started getting bored to be honest and think to join a gym.
Hold on to your backpack’s top handle and simulate the dumbbell movements doing one side at a time. Could also prob hold on to both straps and simulate kettlebell movements. Gotta work with what you got! I have tons of Bodyweight only effective workouts on my channel as well 👍🏻
