@@randyflowz no I mean holding one handle is easier than holding two. Take one off and clip both ends to one handle. Same exercise, same resistance, just more comfortable to hold
Mike, you're a genius, I love your way of training! So inspiring! what it confuses me is how come you did and you still do so much H.I.I.T training and yet you are not low-fat percentage? your looks it's like a combination of both which is pretty interesting to say the least ! Peace!
I competed in powerlifting for over 4 years! Strength training was always my main focus and kept on bulk to help aid that power whereas Hiit was my method to stay relatively lean in the process! Within the past few months my goals have changed a Lot though and I’ll be working toward losing more body fat as my priority 🤙🏻

100lbs on bands hit differently than 100lbs on barbell for example. I can barerly do 5 reps of shoulder press with 100s band while i can do easily 10 with barbell. Is it just me ?
I remember doing all this stuffs last year. Literally nothing happened and I started going gym and I started to see results. If you interested in bodybuilding don't waste your time home workouts. Go gym use cables
who can donate me with these Resistance Bands ? im still in school and my parrents are cheap af. i went from 65kg to 75 in 1 and half year using curls only but its starting to get old and i rly think ill do much better on these bands using it for chest shoulders and backs much efficiently than curls that are just to hard to hit your back or chest muscles. if anyone up to support Anabolis Aliens while helping this one kid. Hey Andrew! My leg resistance band videos highly engage the glutes, but they’re not isolation like you’re asking. I can try to put something together with the handles but realistically I think the Glutes are a muscle group where the mini band loop would be much more effective. You can use the intense 5 min dumbbell workouts as 1-set burnouts or 3-4 sets for a full workout. Rest time between sets would range 1-3 mins depending on your experience level 🤙🏻
I'm still feeling it. Can't yet do the full ROM on Around the World or Reverse flies but I will keep pushing. You CAN turn the 2m x 2m office into a gym with a door anchor and resistance bands.

I just found out how weak my shoulders were 🤣. I got one solid round and a half ass second. I'll have all 4 with solid form in 4 weeks because this workout has em on 🔥.
