This is the Resonant Lopass Gate, based on the Buchla 292 module.
This is a combination of a Voltage Controlled Amplifier or VCA (basically a volume knob that is turned up or down by a voltage) and a resonant Lowpass Filter. This is a killer combination and you should really have more than one of these modules in your modular synthesizer.
One of the most interesting knobs is the CV-2 level control because it has a built in inverter. This can do all sorts of weird things to the sound.
