We live about 15 minutes from the Beach Comber Resort and Spa in Pompano Beach, Florida but in those times when you want to "get away" but may not have the time or money to go on a vacation far from home, this STAYCATION location has become one of our absolute favorites. For the last few years, the Fine family has enjoyed this beautiful resort and have really appreciated the reasonable prices. With a beautiful pool on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, a full restaurant and bar in the heart of Pompano Beach, this place has everything that we could ever want in a resort. This is a virtual tour of the property and the rooms as well as some dialogue between the lovely Mrs. Noemi Fine and myself as we reflect on our time at the resort.

This place is a little slice of heaven on earth. Been going once a year with my gf(wife now) since 2006. The renovations are beautiful and it's the perfect Florida getaway from our cold New England winters. Really enjoyed your in-depth review and you guys seem like a great family. Can't wait to get back there!

When you made this video, which month did you go? Looking to vacation there in May 2024, not sure if that's a good time to go.

We were there in June and then in July. I think may is a good time to go because it is before kids are out of school, so it might be a little less busy. Tarpon are at their strongest time of year during May and permit are biting well at that time as well. It’s a good time to be in the keys.

Sounds like you have to listen to pool party music, even on the beach facing balcony.. does that play all day?

Are you referring to the live band? If so, that does not play all day. Or were you referring to the background music in my video? I have a Calypso music that I added to the video.

@@watchyourlip3209 I noticed booming music/noise when filming on the balcony and was wondering if one would have to listen to that all day, even if getting a beach facing balcony unit. Sounds like that was just a band and ie. temporary?

@@runejensen6145 oh no. They have live bands some times but it’s usually for an hour or two - not all day
