@@DOUGandNIKI yes for sure!!!! I just realized this was two years ago I looked at the date also and maybe you said that because of Covid. We travelled so much during Covid and we went on as usual. It was Def interesting watching people all over the world during that time.
She did threaten to talk to management both times this went down and both times the guy responded and backed down and moved the chair but that shouldn't be the process for getting a beach chair moved. The rest of the staff were so accommodating, it was really unique to the beach staff.
@@gregtrain1 Agreed...we let management know but we didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling like they were going to run out there and bang some heads together.
Thank you for the review. I had our stay narrowed down to this hotel or a smaller resort down the road. You convinced me not to stay here because of the rude service and hard bed.
@@DOUGandNIKI I cannot stand a hard bed. It’s not worth the view with a hard bed 😂😂😂. I would rather stay in an 80s bungalow with nice people on the beach than a fancy resort if the service is rude and beds are like that. We have a purple mattress so I will know I’ll be compromising regardless 😂
Hi! 👋 Did you get charged for an additional amenities fees? I asked in a email before renting and they told me that there is no "additional fee", that if I wanted chairs or umbrellas from the beach, I have to pay to a third party person at the beach... Is that true? Or you HAVE to pay it yes or yes in your daily bill?... Thanks for answer! 😀
Unfortunately it is long enough ago that we don't exactly remember how they structured those fees. Sorry about that. Have a great trip! Let us know how it goes.
