BUT there have been reports of people saying, that normally if a minor looses consciousness they have to stay in the hospital over night to make sure, they are fine. This didn't happen, so there need to be questions why they let Nex go home, just like there have to be questions why nobody called an ambulance or the police over the fight in the bathroom. What OP is referring to, are the countless people in comment sections about Nex, claiming that because Nex looked fine, spoke without problems and walked on their own, they could probably never have a concussionr or brain bleeding or other things from the fight that could have lead to their death in the end. And if so many people truly believe that when you black out while getting hit in the head and you'll be fine, then yes that is a danger to these people's potential kids if they ever suffer a concussion or brain bleed and their parents don't "believe" that this can happen.

My dad is more conservative and sometimes makes offensive jokes but even he respects woman. The bible is actually pretty feminist when you dissect it. My mother's college thesis was about feminism in the bible. She wrote it in the early 90s.

Not going to say my age just cuz- but yeah, close here. It fucking terrifies me, especially when I've had a few close calls and have to use the family bathrooms when someone else is in there. This is because I tried to advocate for a trans support group and I've gotten threats.

My boyfriend was stabbed and left for dead. He pulled the knife out and walked to the nearest business. A few hours after surgery he was cracking jokes in his hospital bed. People have really lost touch with what's scary.

Being able to walk after pulling the knife out sounds suspicious; that's a good way to bleed to death quickly if you're stabbed; you should *never* attempt to remove the knife yourself.

Some consider agender being under the non-binary label, some don't. Also depends on whether NB is an umbrella term for you or specifically only refers to one gender identity. It's the same with non-binary being under the trans umbrella or their own category beside cis and trans. Most would probably agree that by definition NB-people are also trans, but some don't want that label applied to them. Either because they think that being trans is the same as going through surgical and hormonal transition or simply because the label doesn't sit right with them.

I pretty much agree on the first half, but the socond half i do not understand at all. The literal third sentence for wikipedia on transgender is "Transgender is also an umbrella term; in addition to including people whose gender identity is the opposite of their assigned sex (trans men and trans women), it may also include people who are non-binary or genderqueer." And what do you think gender means? You wrote non binary people have "a gender that isn't their birth gender" meaning that their gender must have changed at some point. And what does "physically change genders" mean? I know you mean hrt, but how does hrt change gender? Wouldn´t hrt make you look more like the opposite sex?

For trans women for example their mental gender from birth is female but their physical gender at birth was male, and through transition they change their physical gender from male to female. Having their physical gender and mental gender mismatch causes dysphoria, and since mental gender cannot be changed they change their physical gender to match their mental gender to alleviate said dysphoria. Physical gender, or sex, isn't just chronozones, it's a variety of physical traits all combined to make that distinction. (primary and secondary sex characteristics) For non binary people they're physical gender at birth can be either male, female, or intersex, but their mental gender is either intersex or agender, the later meaning that they have no internal comprehension of gender. Non binary people are literally mentally intersex and can be physically male, female, or intersex. Non Binary people, who are mentally intersex, can be born physically intersex as well, making them cis. Therefore, non binary intersex people are not trans. What I mean by "changing gender" relates to the old term "transexual" which is someone who physically transitions from male to female or female to male using hormones and surgery. This term went out of fashion because scientists acknowledged that someone is still transgender even if they choose not to transition physically, but there is still a medical distinction between trans people who physically change their sex/physical gender and trans people who do not. Both are transgender, but only one of them are transexual. Most non-binary people from my experience do not go through the process of physical transition unless they are a demigirl who is AMAB or a demiboy who is AFAB which is that case they are more similar to a binary trans person than not. But AMAB demiboys, AFAB demigirls, agender people, or bigender people usually don't have a need to physically transition because 1: bigender people can't transition into being intersex because of our current technological limitations and 2: the bodily dysphoria isn't usually bad enough to warrant transition. So while being transGENDER due to their mental gender not aligning with their original physical gender, they are not tranSEXUAL due to not having the need to physically transition. TLDR: -Physical gender = a collection of primary and secondary sex characteristics that may or may not apply to all people. Also known as sex. -mental gender = someone's inherient cognitive identity of who they are. Also known as just "gender." This is confusing for most people who always equated the two so I use physical gender vs mental gender instead of sex vs gender. -HRT and surgery changes physical gender, but not mental gender. -Mental gender cannot be changed and is inherent to the individual from birth. This is why so-called "conversion therapy" doesn't work. (also because it's literally torture and not therapy at all) -Chronozones do not determine physical gender. Instead hormone levels cause characteristics that are assigned to physical genders based on biology. Hormones can be manipulated by science, so physical gender can change. Hormones are normally regulated by the gonads which form either male or female by the SRY gene which is stored in the Y chromosome. Disturbances in this process cause intersex conditions and misalignments cause trans people. -Transgender = Mental gender doesn't match original physical gender. -Transexual = Physically transitioned from one gender to another. -Intersex = Somewhere physically or mentally between male and female. -Non-Binary = Mentally intersex. -If someone is physically intersex and non binary/mentally intersex, they are cis, not trans. -Most non binary people do not transition, making them potentially transgender but not transexual. -However some non binary people do transition such as AMAB demigirls or AFAB demiboys.

Everyone is objectively different and unique in their own way, and both externally and internally. Now our highest court ruled that insurance doesn’t have to pay for ANY affirmative care. Well we still get „therapy“. Fun fact: We banned conversion therapy for homosexual people, but didn’t ban it for trans people… Oh and there were mandatory sterilisations if you wanted to change your name until 2011… Right now the just do it by denying cryo conservation… Hence my comparison to the „darkest time in german history“

@@jdmmg4904 the latest court ruling about a non-binary person trying to get their top surgery covered by the insurance company made it clear that no insurance company has to pay for gender affirming care for non-binary people since the court thinks that NB is a "new thing" and that another organization within the system has to evaluate if the gender affirming care that is covered for binary trans people, should also be applied for us enbies. Which totally goes against the new ICD-11 (that is the equivalent of the DSM 5, is in the process of translation for probably a couple of years, still) and also other guidelines put together by multiple German health organizations that all say that non-binary people are trans and should have access to the same care. While we are waiting for a self-ID law for years now, although we got it promised by the current government in late 2021 or early 2022, it's also getting worse and worse. Including more and more paragraphs spurred by transphobic lies to inflict fear and further writing discrimination into a law that should end discrimination. One of the latest additions was, that when you change your name and gender marker, then this info will be automatically send out to every police station and other law enforcement bodies, so they can check if you are a criminal. It's not like we have a problem with right-wing extremists being in our police force, allegedly using their position to send out death threats in a NSU 2.0 manner... Because of this, many trans people are trying to change everything now, accepting to pay money and go through potential harassment and abusive questioning from the so called experts who have to evaluate under current law if you are trans enough.

I'm probably not as educated as this person, but I use neopronons\xenogenders, so I'll try to help. Basically, neopronouns are pronouns that aren't the typical set of pronouns we use. For example, some common ones are thon, xe, and zem. Xenogenders eogenders are genders outside of the human understanding of gender. Some people have a gendered connection to xenogenders, others think that their gender can only be described using xenogenders . It really depends on the person.

I agree that for people that are unsure, it's scary of being falsely labeled "bigot" for just being uninformed. The bigots tell their stories in ways that make it seem like it's so easy to get labeled as such. Yet those who pass poorly or are non-conforming choose their battles. You gotta be intentional about it to get called out. An honest mistake when asking a woman how far along in pregnancy she is will hurt, but won't get called out as immoral unless you're intentionally asking women not pregnant to cause bad feelings.

These things have happened before in the past many times and still do. Ruby Franke for example was able to get away with torturing her own kids for years because in Utah she was held up as someone exemplary, as a pillar of the community. She had multiple complaints against her and the way she treated her children, especially as there was damming evidence of it she recorded herself on RU-vid. But judges would strike down requests for search warrants, Ruby was protected from on high in that part of Utah. It was only when one of her abused children escaped and the physical torture and malnourishment that child had received was easily visible on him that action was finally taken and those who protected Ruby before could no longer do so. Similarly we had the subject of Killers of the Flower Moon recently, everyone was involved in that conspiracy to murder dozens of people from the Osage nation. Yes even the Doctor's were involved in that conspiracy, which is why clear murders were being ruled out as suicides and accidents after the autopsies. The fact of the matter is there is a State wide push in Oklahoma to dehumanise trans people, and it affects other LGBTQ+ people as well, but currently the main targets are trans people. It's entirely possible there are facts being covered up to avoid scrutiny and further investigation from the feds. Even if it is 100% true the child committed suicide, people don't do that for no reason, it can't be ruled out completely that the bullying they experienced was a factor in that suicide. In most cases that situation would consider involving those who did the bullying as part of the investigation and they may be liable to an extent even if they didn't do the job themselves. Driving someone to suicide is still a crime. So no, it doesn't entirely change what I was saying.
