Really nice video showing the most important elements of repair/upgrade required.....However the tech really goofed at the 30 min 41 second mark when he used a scale to balance the tonearm. Note that he mounted the counterweight BACKWARDS which has ALL the marking required to balance the arm without the use of a scale. The video continues in the manner until the very end.....OOOOPS!!!

Molto bravo contanta pazienza ha portato in vita un thores ma forse non si è accorto che il contro peso l'ha montato al contrario la scritta della ghiera va verso la faccia della testina ma penso che alla fine si accorgerà 😢

6 Hola , no se si se dio cuenta de que montó el contrapeso del brazo del revés, la parte negra tiene la escala que le indica el peso que va a ejercer sobre la capsula/aguja, debería haber balanceado primero el brazo hasta dejarlo en equilibrio y después poner el gramaje que necesite la capsula/aguja según el fabricante, la basculita está bien para corroborar que dicho peso es el adecuado, buen video después de todo, animo y a seguir haciendolo igual de bien, siempre se puede aprender de los errores y nadie está libre de ellos, un saludo y Felices fiestas .

Quite nice. A shame you didn’t disconnect the ground wire from the tonearm from the right channel when you had the chance. This has to be separated and connected directly with a grounding to the sub chassis and chassis and run out in one ground cable seperate from the RCA. Lowers noise floor to a minimum.

keep the Original RCA cable, not that cable you got 75 ohms? got to be 50 ohms or less, if you want to use Cable get microphone cable double or triple shielded
