Today we have an egg-based dish which can be called Eggitarian. Usually, we promote vegetarian dishes. But we see most of the people and children like Egg fried rice. Most people like the egg-fried rice from roadside shops. For people who don't use egg often will not be able to cook properly with eggs. And we need to take it in the right consistency. And the color of the egg needs to be white colour. We need to achieve the right consistency and the mix and the vegetables need to be in bright colours for this egg-fried rice. I hear people saying there are unhealthy flavor enhancers used in the egg-fried rice. But in-home, we'll see how to make this without any harmful flavor enhancers.

Here are the ingredients for this dish
Basmati rice - 125gms
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Water - 300 ml
Egg - 2 nos
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Spring onions(chopped) - 1tbs
Onion (chopped) - 1 tbs
Carrot(chopped)- 3 tbs
Beans(chopped) - 3 tbs
Soy sauce (dark) - 2 drops
Groundnut Oil - 4 tbs
Salt - As per taste
