I like the fact you can do them in the oven rather than deep fry them. They look great!

My boyfriend and I went to a brewery recently and had the best appetizer we've ever had in our lives, it was zucchini that was cut with a mandalin breaded and fried, served over a garlic lemon aioli..ugh! Would love to see you recreate something like that 👍
