Excited to try this recipe (thanks Laura). What would be a good (non alcoholic) substitute for white wine? Chicken broth??? It seems a liquid is necessary for steam/keep things moist. Thank you.
This is our version of smothered chicken and mushrooms and onions. We prefer breasts dredged in flour and cajun seasoning. Serve it with mashed potatoes. Yummy! Whoops, no olives.

This looks amazing, can someone clarify an ingredient for me? The the second to last ingredient listed on the recipe says “Handful of Italian”. A handful of Italian what? Olives are already on the list, so it’s not that. I watched the video but can’t find what the ingredient is.
