Hello my beautiful friends!
This is a very simple and accessible restorative yoga class. You will need two fluffy pillows, your yoga mat, and an option blanket if you want to get extra cozy.
The main focus is to drop deep into our parasympathetic nervous systems. This is where the body can heal/ repair, as well as produce melatonin to allow for a healthy sleep cycle.
Please do not over strain yourself in the postures, my concern is that you are comfortable and breathing slowly.
