Thank you much for this, Ayla. I definitely drifted off, but came to with a true sense of restoration, so thank you so much. I heard you’re going on a bit of a break and I hope that it truly nurtures you, and gives you the information you need to feel confident going forward. I’ll look forward to that, but in the meantime, we’ll enjoy your current videos.
I have taken a break from the channel, but I can assure you I’ve been busy creating Yoga and Nidra magic. I hope to release more in the coming months. Thank you so much for listening and keeping on with your practice while I take this pause or slow release.
Always so excited to see a new nidra session from you. I listen to you every single night for sleep. For the first time in my life I fall asleep easily and sleep well. Thank you!
@@SmartWatches-xu6ri Thank you for sharing. That does sound distracting. I do appreciate that you keep giving your self the opportunity to rest. As the saying goes, when that Cats away the mice will play. Sometimes mice just need to squeak. As long as it’s not harmful see if you can let it blend into the background. Not ignoring but allowing it to be apart of the observation. xo. rest well.
I woke up very early, and saw your name in big enough letters to make out on my phone without my glasses. I touched your name, and surrendered myself to your words and the lightness of your presence. I had a lot to release this morning, and you helped me relax through layers of resistance. Thank you for seeing my darkness through your darkness.
It is an honour to be apart of your restful journey. There is such an incredible gift in knowing that we can reset simply by being. Thank you for joining me in this practicing.
Ayla, you have and you are such a gift! Your amazing work is helping this PTSD and ME/CFS sufferer more than anything else these days. Thank you with all my heart. 💖
Wow, was it forty minutes yoga nidra or only fourteen!? Whatever it was, this session really guides us "to unwind, relax, and release tension, allowing you (us) to tap into your (our) subconscious and find a place of inner peace". I am so grateful and ready for the day ahead --yes, it works in the morning--.
