In this we do the prep work for the manual transmission swap on my 1990 BMW E30 MTech2. I wanted to clean the transmission up and get it looking as good as I knew how prior to installing the new parts for it. A thorough degreasing, wire wheel and sand, followed by some fresh paint did the trick. Following this a number of new moving parts were installed to get the transmission the feel I am looking for in the car. I wanted to fully prep it in this video so that the next could just be the actual swap going down. I hope you guys enjoy, much love.
