It's hard to find good EK light mods. So many designs mess around with the OEM shape or add LED crap around the edge but this one is easily the best I've seen because it focuses on the light itself. Great work 👍

Fantastic work on your Civic build, can we have some video of the fully finished project because the car looks amazing. Don't forget to clear coat the lenses after restoring, they will look crystal clear and never fade again 🤟

So, I was very aware that you have to take the headlights apart. I always thought you have to put a big hole in it to fit the projector. I can't believe it plugs into the original bulb housing. 🤯

The projector lens should fit, the insides of the main bulb look identical on pre face and facelift.

The main part I am confused about is how the low beam and high beam work. Do you need a relay or something for the system to switch between low and high? If you can explain how that part works I would be very grateful.

it connects upto factory plug in and instead of changing low and high on bulb it opens a flap inside the projector lens which either opens and lets high beam pattern or closes for low beam pattern

the projector lens is 2.5inch and came with the angel eyes so not sure what size they are if they are different size to the projector measurements

Sweet Glad you like them mate. ill prob going b18c4 swap once i start the second phase of this build. I think its way better the light pattern is great has a perfect horozontal line so no blinding ppl. but wont pass nct, even tho they are all legal and better then standard ahah

Hey bud, I have purchased headlights made exactly like yours but i haven't received any H4 to H1 harness nor the one to plug my angel eyes to. so my questions is did you run the harness power from the battery or it comes from h4 port, and also about the angel eyes is there any inverter for them or directly like you have shown. (I'm planning to make them on my port for day-running lights so i can manage on the racket)

the hid ballast just gets power from the h4 harness. the angel eyes had a little box on the wire which i guess is an invertor ? then i just wired it direct to power and sidelight so it can dim when they are on

The beam pattern is a lot better on projector lenses. I can see clearly with them

Will this same kit work for a 1998 ej8. Also for the lights did you choose 5000k white, or 6000k diamond white?

@@mullac720I’m from the states so I’m not sure of the oem lights are different? You mind sending me a link of the headlights you have? All the oem ones that I see have orange as the turn signal. Not really a fan of that.
