Walt Disney World's...Return to Sleepy Hollow event. The ONLY place where you can meet the legendary Headless Horseman, get a photo with him and see the original 1949 movie The Legend of Sleepy Hollow at the same time.
We have been wanting to do this event since we found out about it last year. It is very small, and it sells out very quickly. So quickly in fact that we almost didn't get tickets.
Disney's Return to Sleepy Hollow is held during the Halloween season at Walt Disney World's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground...the perfect setting in our opinion.

I am a horse person I would love to just sit in the barn and watch a film surrounded by horses ,horse smells and horse sounds . what a dream😍 That reveal oh my gosh that was amazing the set was amazing! The thing that stood out for me with the desserts is that they seemed to have more than just 1 type of gluten free option. Macaroons are almost ALWAYS gf because they are made with almond flower and not wheat flower, giving them their light and fluffy texture. Most likely the mouses were also, but it depends on what stabilizer that was used and I'd have to NIX the cookie on top.

It's 2021 and I just ran across this video. I've been catching up on these after I first saw the Adam Walsh video and really enjoy them all! My favorite is when you went to Baltimore to see where Edgar Allan Poe is buried, but this one is right up there with it! Not sure how much you guys paid, but it's my destiny to try and get tickets to that....just have to convince my wife! As a matter of fact these 2 people should know that both movies The Haunted Mansion is on Disney plus. Also The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is from the movie The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. TOAD and that movie is on Disney plus.

Need to go to the actual town of Sleepy Hollow. Is really cool to visit. The original bridge was a little further down stream on the church side though. More lined up with the old road in front of the gas station close to the now headless horseman bridge. Just so you know 😊. Oh and the original bridge was not a covered bridge.
