Nice riding! And thanks for the excellent trail footage with trail names. Im going there for first time in April and am in the scoping out the trails phase so this was so helpful. I love this kind of riding. I have the Frederick Watershed and Deep Creek Lake trails in MD that I ride a lot that are similar- my favorite kinda riding. I have some vids on my channel if you wanna scope em out for a future trip up north. Can tell Reach Around is steep, even on camera. 🤘🤙
I was in Tennessee on Saturday...decided to ride Raccoon Mountain. I've never been to Windrock its just so far away. I don't know how you can drive so far, ride and then head home again. That's the real enduro. Great riding as usual. It's good to get out on trails you don't ride often. That's how you improve.
Caffeine, lots of caffeine. That's how I do it lol Man, I really like Raccoon too, it's just very different riding than Windrock. To me, it's worth the trip. Thanks!
Always takes me a good 4 or 5 runs to feel good at Windrock. The first few runs usually make me question if I should keep riding or take up golfing haha
@@atlmtnbiker Nooo! I hate it when that happens! Surely you can find someone that will go?? I'll be there again the weekend of the 9th. Or do what I've done in the past. Just go solo and make friends on the shuttle, but take it easy on the trails.
