There are people who reversed grey hair while taking the one of or multiple of supplements like NAC, Melatonin, Glycine. Hair greying is most likely due to oxidative stress and/or lack of nutrients like the amino acids found in collagen. The scientific research is mostly geared toward stem cell intervention, which does provide promising treatment
@@EhurtAfy As far as i know, nothing has been shown to reliably reverse grey hair in peer reviewed studies. There are folk remedies ashwagandha, fo-ti. According to a McGill university article, Fo-Ti is reported in China to be the most common cause of liver damage due to the ingestion of an herb. I would consider tyrosine, pseudo catalase, and other nutrients that allegedly increase catalase, glutathione, sod and melanin to be folk remedies. Nothing has shown to have great promise. L'Oreal likely spent millions trying to develop a pill to reverse grey hair. This work started as early as 2011. In 2011, they said they would have a solution by 2015. So far, no solution. If L'Oreal can't do it with their scientists and huge sources of funding., you're unlikely to be able to do it with you 1K -10K USD supplement budget. You may even harm your liver in the process.
Rosemary oil is also recommended, and I've found helps, but not totally got rid, but I probably need to apply it more often. I use coconut oil as a carrier, and is also recommended to reverse greying.

Stop it with mineral supplements. My dentist has been keeping an eye on a cavity for 3 years. She says it hasn’t gotten larger. I read mineral supplements will help so I’ve been taking Concentrace which has all the minerals we need.
What do you think about bacon? I've heard (from Dr Ken Berry here on RU-vid) that the primary fat in bacon is the same as olive oil (oleic acid) and that it's quite nutritious. I eat about a half pound of bacon every day, so I'd like your opinion.
