I just got my camp chef last weekend and I cannot wait to try this method on steaks. Been using charcoal for decades but I figured it was time to step out bro the modern world. Thanks for showing this method to us new pellet grill owners.

I live in perry, ga and we also have a striplings. Have you ever tried there house marinade on a reverse sear steak? Every video I've watched everyone uses a rub, just wondering how it would turn out.
