Although I definitely prefer Mopars in my collection, recently got another Ford. I have already reviewed a 1970 and 1971 Torino but saw this nice silver/gray 76 at a decent price and wanted to have it.
Definitely not as aggressive looking and looking more like a sedan/luxury car than a muscle car.
How did this one fared?

Yeah, not a huge Torino fan but this actually wasn't too bad. For being such an old model, I think Ertl did ok. Thanks bud!

I always liked this one a lot. I'd actually pick it over any Mustang besides a 1970 Stang. Sure, it's more of a luxury car than a muscle, but I am used to it so much from Starsky & Hutch that the "Striped Tomato" has a place deep in my heart. Funny, I thought that the silver color is boring, but you prefer it over red. Then I realized that you don’t like red cars lol. I'd love to see it in some kind of vibrant street freak graphic!! So much seventies 🎤...the disco era...saturday night fever I am cruisin' in my Gran Torino 🎵🎶...it's hotter than a jalapeno 🌶️

Lol. Yeah, not super fond of red but I saw a green version that looks excellent as well. And indeed, it is more of a luxury car but man it's a beast and nicely designed. Not sure if I'd pick it over Mustangs (maybe) but it sure is "different". Thanks!
