Overall I was pretty impressed with this generator from Harbor freight. You need to put oil in because it’s not shipped with oil. The good thing is it has a sensor that won’t let you start it without Oil. The part I was really impressed with was the very first pull it started. And it was a lot quieter than I thought. I’ve seen a lot of generators that are a lot noisier than this one. It is a heavy generator, 230 pounds. We got the wheels on the handle so we could maneuver it around a little easier. It also comes with a pushbutton start, but it starts so nice that I really didn’t want the battery because chances are the battery would be dead when I need. Maybe will change your mind on this later but this is mainly for a back up for when the power goes out.
