Thanks for your insight. From the other reviews, as well as from users on Social Media, I am not seeing any sharpness issues, in fact, quite the opposite. It does have its quirks and is an older model. JPG's appear to be just as good without any editing, if shot properly. I will be using mine for B&W Street Photography, and, sharing online, so, I think it will serve me well, once I get everything set up in the menu. Landscape Photography is for my other Fujifilm X-H1, plus, I have an X-T1, X-T2 and X-T30 II that I use as well. Yes, too many bodies and I will be getting rid of 2 or 3 after more testing this coming month.

I do not think it is an issue, but rather user preference. I am so used to clinical sharp images of modern cameras that this is like a benchmark for me. But thanks a lot for sharing, you have a bunch of fuji gear!

... do they ever show up UGH. Well ordered one at a local camera store that also does second hand, tested, and sadly pricy. But, the camera you have WITH you gets the picture. Not the one you have safely stowed in a bag. This should be perfectly fine and capable for going around the area and getting some nice pictures.

Maybe one day 😅 You can get great results with this for sure. Just the way you get the picture may or may not be as pleasant as you may prefer. Hope that made any sense 🧐

Good and honest review! I purchased my X100s in 2023, it is all very recognizeable. I do love mine, though. Especially for the fun of shooting and that it can be always on, without any extended lens, just ready to shoot. I also generally love the images. But it is sloowwww, and 16mp is not sufficient if some cropping is needed.
