Me: oh cool. New design , maybe don't maching colors but ok. What about shitty darts? Hasbro: now they are more colorful! Me: but I asked about accuracy Hasbro : *THEY ARE COLORFUL*
Hasbro will say: the accustrike darts are have accuracy Me: why do you need another line for good darts adventure force is making great darts for the normal line
Honestly, I love the Commander. I bought it not expecting anything, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's a pretty fun little blaster, and I love decking it out with crazy attachments to create some pretty wild combinations!
Quite apart from the RD-6, why is Coop the only youtuber I've seen actually using the "sections" feature on their videos? Makes it so much easier to quickly browse through and find the information we need. Great work Coop!
Just started researching nerf guns for my kid and found a video of yours from 2013...then found this one. Cool to see your evolution as a reviewer. Kudos!
Aurinkomakkara the tactics are unlimited, but they were smart with their marketing tactics, they made the original blasters with less rails so people would buy the newer ones later on
Top Rail: Shield of some kind or a sight mid rail: Laser Bottom Rail: Flashlight I think those together are some Practi-cool attachments for this blaster.
This is actually pretty good for a 2.0 blaster. Its has all the needed attachment spots, a decent prime, working slamfire, etc. I have all the elite 2.0 blasters so far (including a warden which is, of course, broken) and I actually find myself using this one sometimes unlike the others which are all hanging on my wall collecting dust
@@theodeleon On Coop and Walcoms7's recommending the blaster I did actually buy a Turbine. It's also a fun blaster. But I still hate that you can't easily take them apart to repair or mod.
Finally an Elite 2.0 blaster that I like. Many tactics, a barrel and stock attachment point and no unnecessary bulk. It could be argued that for it’s tactics you might as well buy a retaliator or echo, but I dig it. Tactical sidearm woo!
I think I'll get a couple of these for me and my kid. Plus some extra darts and then some paper cups. Draw some scary monster faces on the cups and spend many a happy afternoon blasting them.
I am really, *really* looking forward to seeing what they have by way of a Disruptor / Strongarm / Maverick / Hammershot counterpart in this line. A holsterable pistol would always be a good idea.
This is perfect for me. I love these revolver-style blasters, because I don't have to carry magazines and I can just pick up a dart and shove it in the cylinder. Also those tactics, mmm 10/10 would pick as a primary
I feel glad that elite 2.0 is getting better now. Up you game Nerf!! we still love you. I happy with all major brands (Nerf, Zuru, dartzone) each brand gives different experience and way to have fun.
I appreciate Coop giving his opinion on the blasters based on their objective information rather than basing it on a bias against Hasbro's business practices (which we all know aren't great for the customers). He's the only one who gives *somewhat* positive reviews of the blasters, which I can appreciate.
This one is imo the best elite 2.0 blaster. It doesn’t look cheap or tacky like the echo and doesn’t downgrade from the old ones and adds A TON OF TACTICS. I’d love to see it with the echo stock and barrel just for kicks
The commander is the only Elite 2.0 blaster I have. I bought it new and it was actually the very first Nerf Blaster I purchased (I am new to the hobby) and I think it is a decent blaster with no real problems. Obviously, it isn't mod friendly but I think it is a solid blaster.
Mine that I got a couple weeks ago didn't cycle on it's own, so I looked up this to make sure that that wasn't intentional. Now I'm sad my blaster was broken when I bought it.
True but the modding community is small compared to everything so out of billions of blasters they though they would make more money but after all these reviews maybe not
Honestly I always Questioned Why coop talks about small grips, then when I started to make and buy knives I realized just how big my hands actually are from other people, and now I know what he's talking about
The benefit of having rails on the bottom of your blaster is that you can put the Modulus expansion pack shield on there, or even the Stampede shield if that part of the blaster is slim enough
Me: Hasbro what have you changed? Hasbro: They have more colours and 2x the darts Me: Are they still elite darts? Hasbro:No they are different colours and they have two times the darts so they are different Me: I am done still rocking the Strongarm
Coop, your upload schedule is way better. You keep up your same editing, but you still somehow upload every 2-3 days. And you look a lot healthier than before quarantine. Keep being tacticool!
I just bought one of these, and something I did notice, it’s not super important but something I noted right out of the box. While the priming handle does have a spring to return it to the forward position after it’s been primed, but on mine if I pulled it all the way back, it didn’t return forward. There was enough friction to hold it in place at the farthest point back, but moving it forward even just a small amount would cause the spring to pull it all the way. However, if I pulled the priming handle all the way back and let go with it still in the rear position and then fired, it wouldn’t shoot the dart and would only be about halfway out the barrel, which would also be bent by the front piece due to the cylinder rotating. Very specific and nitpicky but something I noticed in case you prime it and let go thinking the returning spring will move the priming handle for you
Fun Fact: You can fit a standard pvc pipe in the barrel. Cool if you want to make a custom barrel for it. I just put it in because it's funny having a huge impractical pipe sticking a meter out of this tiny little blaster, then firing it at your friends and realizing the dart got stuck somewhere on the way out.
I bought this thing recently, and I love it even though it seems I got a lemon as the slamfire on it doesn't work at all. I don't use slamfire anyway, so I don't mind.
guys im sure he might have mentioned this but if you awnt to buy an elite 2.0 blaster you can they glue the thing together and they also have pins holding it together so its pretty much impossible to mod or repair because the blaster cant be taken apart
Dart Zone: Produces multiple high quality blasters good enough for a competitive environment at a reasonable price. Nerf: Have this. It is the same weapon but it's colourful and costs twice as much as it's identical counterpart.
Just got it and. Definitely buy it, if your looking for a small-ish kinda cheap gun, it’s PERFECT I just got it and i love it, it’s also really fun putting attachments on 😁
