Coop rarely says that there is NO reason to buy the blaster, he often says that a plinker or Fortnite or Overwatch fan might like the blaster even if it underperforms, but for this blaster (for lack of a better term I’m calling it blaster) should never be purchased as long as it’s sitting next to the Dart Zone offerings on the Walmart shelf.

From what I could tell by looking at the internals of the rough cut and warden side by side, they both function the same way with the weird gear system but the rough cut has a thicker stronger plastic piece holding the gear system together and the gear teeth themselves look thicker and stronger than the warden’s. The warden’s gear either just dislodges which causes the lock up or the gear teeth just straight up break. Also the rough cut actually has a metal spring for the trigger while the warden uses a plastic leaf spring trigger which is even more of a bummer

Yes, it's a terrible design. I recently discovered that the cog wheel's teeth that's connected to the primer arm have broken off due to the amount of force required to pull back the plungers. Plastic cogs don't do well under pressure. Disassembling these blasters tells a much bigger story. It also wasn't easy to disassemble.

I almost bought one of these at Walmart because I thought it would just be a new rough cut and I didn't have one. After watching your videos, I learned to check reviews first. I'm glad I did because it turns out they are all failing. I ended up buying the rival shotgun (i dont remember its name off the top of my head but its the same pricepoint). Its my first rival gun, and I'm glad I bought it instead of this.

You have to push the rest of the darts back in place after you shoot once. Air restrictors tend to wear out pretty quickly.

For two darts firing I have always prefer the Barrel Break and the Buzzbee Shotguns. Though they are old blasters, they are very cool in design, operation, EJECTING SHELLS! Nothing beats them so far

Everyone always talks about how good the rough cut is but mine broke in BOTH ways these wardens did. First the smart AR broke about a year ago, then about a week ago the priming handle snapped and it just slides back and forth without doing anything

I got a Warden this Christmas (by accident, kinda. I wanted a different blaster but the store didn't have any in stock) It was in a double pack with the Spectre. It hasn't broke yet but it doesn't fire one at the time, even if I slowly try to half-pull the trigger. I don't know if it's a problem with the blaster itself or Hasbro just took the two-stage trigger out? It works fine regarding everything else.

My new rough cut’s smart ar craps out too. Also the priming handle seized up and I had to open it up to fix it. I think they have been trying to cut corners for a while.

This gun broke in me the first couple of HOURS I have used it. This gun had so much promise. If only the cocking mechanism wasn’t as flimsy and durable as paper.

Do a combos video on the elite 2.0 shockwave and do my combo which has the mediator stock(With the gun in it,) the barrel scope as it's barrel, and attached to that will be a stryfe with the double drum thing and mediator barrel, On the top and bottom will be one of each color of the orange vs green nerf pistols that have a rail clip on top of them placing one on top and one on bottom, the rail multiplyer and two magasine holders each holding an 18 round magazine!

At this point I’m convinced that Hasbro is intentionally making the Elite 2.0 line garbage so it would entice the GP to go for the Ultra line with all its “premiumness.” Even if Ultra is starting to improve, Hasbro should watch their backs. Dart Zone is breathing right down their necks.

I think they applied the same insides to newer roughcut. I bought a roughcut and it had the same issues. On the pump it would fart out one and the priming pump broke in the same way. Before that it was amazing. Took about 2 weeks to break

I bought a second hand rough cute and was really rough(cut) with it for several years and it only just broke now after I was littereally trying to break it after a solid hour of slamfiring it really aggressively. This ain't a rough cut problem, I opened my rough cut up and what happened is one of the teeth on the gears broke, my guess is that they made the gears cheaper
